I finished the Keri Arthur series with Bound to Shadows. Can't wait until the next book. I also read Vulnerable and absolutely loved the book. I'm currently reading the next book Wounded.
I finished Firespell by Chloe Neill, and it was ok. I liked it, but I don't think I'll get the second book. I plan on looking for Some Girls Bite the next time I'm at the book store. I'm about to start Hex and The City by Simon R. Green.
FINISHED WICKED LOVELY. NOW READING A GAME OF THRONES BY GEORGE R.R. MARTIN , HARRY POTTER 3, AND JONAS BEAUTIFUL DEAD.

I just started reading the second in that series, "A Clash of Kings" a while back. I'm half-way through it . And like you, I am reading multiple books at the same time! :P

I know what you mean. It does take awhile to know who is who, but it is worth it. When you read more, I will be curious as to who emerges as your favorite characters. I have three. :)

**spoiler - Im reading city of ashes ....... brother and sister love affair..... never thought id see that coming!!!
I finished listening to The Reckoning last night. Good YA book. The Reckoning is the last book of a trilogy. I thought that the trilogy ended well. Any loose ends weren't major.
I am reading
[image error]
, which is taking forever to pick up. I keep hearing great things about this book, but it will have to be truly amazing in the second half to make me agree. I am also reading
which I am absolutely loving!
Carrie, I put Incarceron down after reading only 30 or 40 pages. I will pick it up again, but for now I have other books I'd rather read. I can't even say why.
Finished
,
and
in the last week or so.Now two-thirds of the way through
. On deck: Catching Fire, Dead Witch Walking and (probably) Obsidian Butterfly.
(Sometimes I think I read too much. My husband might agree. LOL)

I am currently listening to Tales of the Otherworld and continue to read White Night and The Lightning Thief.

At first I think it started out kinda slow and confusing but then it gets really exciting once I picked it back up I read straight through it in one sitting. I would recommend it to you It has a nice twist in the ending.
Im now reading Ink Exchange Didn't think Id like it but I do its also very good once I get a chance to sit down for a few hours at a time I should be able to knock that one out.
I finished reading The Lightning Thief. It wasn't bad. My biggest complaint was the universe. I just didn't like the descriptions of the underworld and how it functioned. I try not to judge a children's book the same way I would an adult or YA book, so I shrugged my shoulders and went on reading. I think that kids 12 and under would like the story and universe and there were elements in the book that I liked too.

, was it better than the last one? I dunno why, but the series plot just seemed to be dragging on for me. I'm not sure I even want to pick it up. If anyone's read it, plz lemme know what you think. :)
Finished Skeleton Man and The Return of Skeleton Man. Liked them a lot-- for scary late elementary books/ early middle school.
About to start The Endless Forest
.

and I really like it.

In fairness, I think a lot of the House of Night novels could be put together (so, instead of being on book 7, we'd be on, like, book 4).
That said, I was really pleased with Burned. It switches POV more, which turned out to be refreshing. There's more tension in this one, than Tempted's "hurry up and wait" vibe.

I was really disappointed with Tempted. I enjoyed the first several books so much, but that one dragged on and on.
I gave up on
(oops, it was a sequel and I didn't read book one). Now I started
. The illustrations are gorgeous!
