Finished up
. Can't say I was too impressed with it. Very misleading cover & a cringe-worthy ending.Started reading
. Another book that I've had on my bookshelf forever. Keeping my fingers crossed that it's better than Dante's Girl.
I finished this mostly delightful YA anthology a few days ago. Geektastic: Stories from the Nerd Herd
. Now I'm reading and enjoying
The Last Summer Of The Death Warriors.

So jealous you'll be reading Blood Song!!

Well that doesn't bode well for Mob Rules. :( I am giving up on Blood Song, it just isn't for me. I love this author's Sazi series, but find their other books hit or miss.

Darcy wrote: "You would probably like this one then, it reminded me more of the Thrall books."That's what I was thinking. I'm making an online order for it while Borders has the buy 1 get 50% off sale.
I just finished the Blue Blood series last week and am currently on
and I'm reading
on my blackberry when I'm waiting somewhere , at the kids school , doctors office or wherever dragging a book along isn't convenient. I am a quick reader and will finish both of these this weekend and hopefully start the Wings series by Aprilynne Pike.
Sixty-One Nails Just started this, and it's pretty interesting. I had to start it when I wasn't distracted at work, because the writing style is a tad different, but now that I'm into it, I'm enjoying.
I finished listening to Men of the Otherworld. Well written, though some of the story was hard to listen to. I also thought that parts of this story was manufactored to explain away the harshness of previous books. I did like Jaime and Jeremy's short sweet story.I am now reading Bayou Moon and The Sorceress.

Not a waste of time, but there were some parts where some of the less savory characters got too rough with or talked nasty about women. I don't like that. Though, I think because I was listening to rather than reading the story that the negative impact was intensified. I did like the overall book. The story certainly put Clay in a better light.

Stayed up late last night to finish
. Started
this morning.I'm glad it's a half day today. I don't think I could make it a full day.

I am reading
@ Dawn - I am 100 pages in and really like it so far. I really liked Red, thought it was very different.
@Darcy I am loving Red, I am trying to figure out who the psycho is! I also am getting a kick out of the world total scifi.
Dawn wrote: "@Darcy I am loving Red, I am trying to figure out who the psycho is! I also am getting a kick out of the world total scifi."I think the world is what I liked the best. It was so great! I thought the next 2 were just as good.
Thanks Darcy I am trying not to look at the next two books fear of spoiler, but I am sure I will order them when I am done. The world is really well written! I have to admit I love the horror element as well, the murder is so grizzly but yet I think the love story keeps it all balanced.
I finished listening to Paranormalcy and reading Bayou Moon. Great book! I am now listening to Living with the Dead. I just started Side Jobs: Stories From the Dresden Files and I continue to read The Sorceress. The Sorceress is going to take a while to finish, but I will finish it.

Finished up Love Hurts and Aftermath from Side Jobs yeasterday. I shouldn't have done that. It reminded me of the Dresden Files. Now I'm really itching to read the next book. :(Still reading The Lies of Locke Lamora too.
I'm reading Blood Oathby Christopher Farnsworth. It's about a vampire who has secretly been protecting Presidents of the US.
I finished listening to Living with the Dead. It's amazing how fast some people read! I feel a bit mentally challenged in comparison. Sigh. I continue to read Side Jobs: Stories From the Dresden Files and The Sorceress.
I've Finished
Mistral's Kiss and like the last book I was disappointed I have started the next in the series
A Lick of Frost and so hope its as good as the first three and not the last two.
Day before yesterday I finished
which is a great book but first read
, which is also great. Yesterday I finished
, which is okay.Now I'm reading
, an ARC from the publisher!
Melodie wrote: "I finished

Oh wow! I love Robin McKinley's books. Please let me know what you think of Pegasus.
I have finished
A Lick of Frost it was much better than the last 2 books but I am going to wait a few weeks before I start the next one. I have just started
Magic Study I loved the first book and hope this is just as good.
Just started re-reading Dracula by Bram Stoker. I read it when I was about 14 or 15, but I doubt I could've appreciated it fully at that age. Plus, it's been so long since then that it'll almost be like reading it for the first time. I'm planning on watching the movie once I've finished the book.
Becca,I just finished Pegasus and I liked it a lot! I've reviewed it, if you're interested. (I review everything I read.)
Next up is Tales of the Otherworld perhaps just the novella "Beginnings," or if I rememeber it, just one story or short story before it's due tomorrow...
