Monique stood up and, with Kyori's help. walked over to the cabinet and pulled out some bread and shoved in the toaster.
"Not good nough. How about...a rogue cat scrathced my eyes?"
"Not good nough. How about...a rogue cat scrathced my eyes?"
Orihime laughed. "Okay, I think that's not TOO far out that they wouldn't believe you. I'll see if I can be your buddy, okay?"
"If not, I always have Kyori. How will they let me have her without Kyori being a real seeing-eye dog?" Monique asked.
She heard the toaster pop and Kyori gave her two paper plates. Monique patted her head na d excepted them, placing the toast on it.

"Well, she would need a vest and all..." Monique was pulled aside when Kyori walked to a small closet near by and pulled out a dog coat that Chikara had left. Monqie took it and felt around for a shrarpie and handed it to Orihime.
"Can you write on it Certified Seeing Eye Dog?"
"Can you write on it Certified Seeing Eye Dog?"
"Sure," she said, carefully writing the kanjis for "dog", "blind", and "see". "There," she finished, satisfied with her work.
Moniqe nodded, inspecting the jacket as though she could see. She knelt down and strapped to Kyori.
"Well done."
"Well done."
Orihime stood smugly. Then she glance at the clock. "Crap, we have to go!" she exclaimed, grabbing Monique's hand and their backpacks.
Kyori barked at Orihime and snatched the backpach, handing it to Monique. Monique slipped it on and dashed out the door with Kyori and Orihime.
When they finally reached the school, Orihime guided them towards the front office. "Where should we go to report long-term injuries?" she asked the lady at the front desk.
The woman popped an extremely large bubble and pointed towards a door in the back. Her bored-out-of-my-mind face unwavering.
"Thank you," she told her, and ran towards the room with Monique close behind.

((i g2g. bbl.be bac later.))
Monique shrugged and went on with Kyori. When they reached the room a old, short man walked up to them.
"No dogs."

"No dogs."
"But this isn't an ordinary dog!" Orihime argued, pointing to the jacket Kyori was wearing. "She's a seeing-eye dog!"
The man's eyebrows raised and then dropped. "Okay...We'll let you have her if she is certified." He looked at Kyori again. "And as long as she doesn't do her thing on my campus."
Orihime giggled at that. "Yes, sir!"

Orihime giggled at that. "Yes, sir!"
Monique rolled her eyes.
"She is specially trained. Of course she'll behave."
Kyori barked and led Monique into the halls and to her first class.
I am your guardian, Monique-sama. You are well protected.

Kyori barked and led Monique into the halls and to her first class.
I am your guardian, Monique-sama. You are well protected.
Orihime split up with Monique to go to her 1st period. She found a seat by the window and quickly snatched it before anyone else. 'At least I'll be with Monique and Ayame for the rest of the day.'
The teacher clapped her hands for the class to quiet down. "Today, class, we have two new transfer students." Orihime perked up at that. 'New students?' "Why don't you introduce yourselves?" she told them and moved out of the way to give the girl the spotlight. 'I remember that girl!' Orihime suddenly realized. 'She's...'
"I'm Awai Etsuyo. I don't really want to be here because I hate school but I have my reasons for doing this." She nimbly walked next to Orihime, gave her a glare, and sat down behind her.
'Geez, what's her problem?' Orihime thought and faced the front again to see a guy--a cute guy.
"Kurokiri Sora." And with that he sat down in front of Orihime.
'Maybe he's just a jerk,' Orihime thought, looking him over again.
"Kirigami Orihime, I need to speak to you," Sora whispered.
"How did you know my name?" she asked him, her tone rising. "Who are you? What are you-"
Sora kissed her and dragged her outside the classroom to which everyone was stunned.
When he finally let her breath again, Orihime yelled, "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT YOU PERVERT!?"
"Shh...Geez, it was just a kiss."
"K-K-K-KISS?! My life is ruined!" she shouted to no one in particular and let her body slide down the wall.
Sora laughed. "I had to find some way to get you out of that classroom." She just glared at him. "Okay, I get it. You're one of those girls who thinks it's totally wrong to kiss someone when you're underage."
"UNDERAG-"
He stuck his hand over her mouth. "Shut up," he whispered. "Listen, you're the Legendary Elemental, Kirigami Orihime."
She pulled his hand off her mouth. "More about that, huh?"
"Orihime, you are in more danger than you think. There are hundreds of people out there that want your power, your REAL power."
"I'm sorry, I have no idea what you're talking about," she replied, standing up and brushing off her skirt. "Now if you'll please just leave me alon-"
He grabbed her hand. "Please. You could die if you don't listen to what I have to say." His eyes sparkled in a way she had never seen anyone's before.
"Okay, I'm listening."
"Thank you. Now I'm also an Elemental, the Elemental of darkness." He pulled a book out of his bag and handed it to her.
"A Story of a Girl," Orihime read aloud.
"Open it."
She obeyed. Inside was a table of contents. "What is this?"
"It's the history of all Elementals. It's hard to decipher though, I thought you might be able to do it since the story is about you."
"What? What are you talking about?"
He took the book from her and flipped to page 6. "Here." He handed it back to her.
She began reading. "And behold, the one so dear to that girl will die, and a new friend will gain a hinderance, and an old friend will change her ways." There was a pause as she finished reading. "What the heck does that mean?"
"The person dear to you, your brother, died, correct?"
Orihime gawked. "T-That's..."
"And your new friend, Monique, lost her sight, a hinderance, right?"
"But...But...Does that mean?..."
"Something will happen to Ayame."
Orihime swallowed hard. "I have to go find her." She turned around to run to her class but Sora grabbed her arm again. "What is it now?"
"Keep reading." He handed the book back to her.
She stared at it as if it was the devil. She continued reading: "And a dark boy will find this girl, and a bright girl will befriend her, and together they will change the world."
"The girl is Etsuyo and the boy is me."
Orihime stared at him. "You...Have to be kidding...right? Where did you find this book?"
"My parents grave, along with another book."
"More of this evil crap?!"
"No, a spell book for myself."
She just stood there. "You use..."
"Spells? Yes, and so will you...when you find the part of yourself that you are missing."
Orihime just stood there, not knowing what to do anymore.
Sora smiled. "I'll see you after school today. There is one more thing that concerns me, but I can't talk about it here." He walked past her and back into the classroom. She followed a few seconds after.

Monique could not understand why everyone was so stunned. She looked down to where she thought Kyori was.
Orihime was taken away. She's back. Let's go find her.
Kyori stodd up and trotted over to Orihime. Monique followed at the same steady pace. She bumped into Sora.
"Who are-" She started.
Don't ask questions. We must find Orihime. COme, Monique-sama.
Kyori erged Monique on. Monique nodded and followed. Kyori heard a loud squeaky noise. A small racoon rounded the corner. Kyori growled. She snapped and the small creature scurried away.
That was Akarui.
Kyori found Orihime back around where Sora was. Kyori barked and nudged Orihime. She barked again. Monique harshly tapped Kyori's head as to say 'no'. Kyori hushed and blinked at Monique. In an instant Mizu showed up.
"Monique-sama, are you all right?" She asked.
Monique faintly saw the outline of Mizu,"I'm getting along well."
Mizu sighed in relief. She said in return,"Orihime needs you. Ayame is in danger. You must help."
Monique nodded,"Of course I will help her."
Mizu vanished.
Chikara walked in and saw Monique.
"Hi Monique."
"Chikara?"
"Yup!"
Monique turned to where she thought Orihime was.
"Orihime?"

"Hi Monique."
"Chikara?"
"Yup!"
Monique turned to where she thought Orihime was.
"Orihime?"
Orihime had already rushed away. Disobeying Sora, she went to find Ayame. "Ayame!" she called out, seeing her round the corner.
Ayame turned her head. 'That's Orihime...' A force continued pulling her forward and she followed obediantly. She knew better than to resist it at this point.
"Ch-Chotou, matte!" Orihime yelled. She ran after her.
The bell for switching periods rang after they were off the campus. 'Follow me Sora, Etsuyo,' she prayed. She continued chasing after Ayame. She continued to head towards the park. 'Why is she going there?'
'Dammit, that stupid girl,' Sora thought as he ran off the school campus, followed by Etsuyo. Luna ran up next to him.
"She's going to the park. Flip through the book."
Sora promtly pulled out A Story of a Girl and flipped through it, quickly skimming through the words. "Here's something," he announced. "And so darkness and light will team up, to preserve the Lengend and an important part of her life."
"What's that supposed to mean?" Etsuyo asked.
"It could mean anything really," Eiry said, shaking her head.
Sora dropped the book as he skidded to a halt.
"What is it Sora?" Etsuyo asked, coming to a halt as well.
'I had been watching Orihime for awhile now,' Sora remembered. 'She's a nice girl. None of this should be happening to her...' "Orihime couldn't possibly turn into a...vegetable...right?"
Luna suddenly realized what he was saying. "You think that the important part of her life is...her senses?"
Sora didn't respond. He just stood there, unmoving. Then he suddenly took off in the direction of the park.
Etsuyo stared after him. "Oh well..." She said simply and followed him.
"Let go of Ayame!" Orihime shouted. The vacant park was the perfect place for a battle but so far, Orihime was losing. Panting hard, she added: "Please."
Kuro only laughed. Saki opened the hole and out stepped Kisaki. Orihime gasped.
"So we meet again, nee-chan," she laughed.
"Kisaki," Orihime almost growled.
"Don't be so tense, relax. Or I'll have to do it for you," she added darkly.
"Listen Ayame! Stop this!" Orihime remembered what she had read: 'And an old friend will change her ways.' 'There's no way she could be going to the dark side...'
"That girl can't hear you," Kisaki laughed. "Sou..."
"NO!!!" Orihime screamed, running towards her.
"..hia."
"NO! AYAME!! RUN!!"
"Honto no watashi mokuhyo o tsukuru."
Ayame fell to the ground.
"NO!" Orihime cried.
"See you later." Kisaki smirked. 'Now she has to seek me out.' And returned to the black hole along with Kuro and Saki.
Sora rushed onto the scene. 'Orihime...' he thought. He rushed to her side. "Daijoubou?" he asked.
Orihime just started crying into his shoulder. He smiled and hugged her.
Ayame turned her head. 'That's Orihime...' A force continued pulling her forward and she followed obediantly. She knew better than to resist it at this point.

Kyori ran with Monique following her. She stopped and sniffed the ground before continueing.
Monqie could sense Orihime was near. "Stop!" She commanded.
Mnoique wnet her own way, followed by Chikara, and found Orihime.
"Orihime-kun!" Monique knelt down beside her friend.
That's Sora. He is another "guardian" of hers. Monique-sama, we must help.
Monique heard Kyori loud and clear. Chikara stood back from Monique pt a hand on Orihime. She tried to think of some way to help. How could she, a water elemental, help Orihime? She could think of nothing. She looked at Sora.
"What have you done to her?"
She was about to strangle Sora. Kyori yipped, warning her to stay away from him. Monique moved back. Instead of strangling him, she pulled out her hands and splashed him harshly. She removed her hands and blinked with satisfaction.

"What the hell was that for, Blindy?" Sora exclaimed, annoyed.
Orihime smacked him and wrestled out of his arms. "Don't call her that," she scolded and turned around, tears welling up in her eyes again as she saw Ayame. She walked towards her. "Ayame-kun?" she asked timidly.
"I'm not dead you know," she responded, sitting up. "Just can't hear you."
Orihime burst into tears. "You say that like it's not a bad thing!" she cried.
Ayame smiled. "I'm not having trouble understanding you, am I?"
Orihime stopped. "Oh," she said simply. "How are you doing that?"
"I can read your thoughts, remember?"
A smile broke on Orihime's face. "Yay! Ayame-kun isn't going to the bad side!"
Ayame laughed. "Of course not. Why would I do that?"
Orihime glared at Sora. "Don't look at me," he defended, acting innocent.
"What did you do?" Ayame asked.
"Just...nothing."
"I think it's more than that. What book were you thinking about?"
Sora froze. "Mind your own buisiness," he scowled, and went back home.
Monique woke up in the morning. It was Saturday. She was finally on spring break. She could here Ritoru yipping at the back door to get out. Kyori whined and nudged Monique. Monique got up and went to her closet, dragging out her favorite blue sundress and her black sandals. She tied her hair up in a bun and walked down stairs. She let out Ritoru and Inu, quickly bringing them back in.
"Let's go see Orihime." Monique said to Kyori.
Kyori nodded and heaed that way.
When they reached Orihime's house, Monique found the door unlocked. She turned the knob and sauntered in, not knowing what was around her.
Sora is here. Keep away from him.
Monique heard Kyori's warning and stepped inside.
"Hi!" She exclained.

Monique heard Kyori's warning and stepped inside.
"Hi!" She exclained.
Sora turned slowly. Orihime snapped out of her daze and noticed Sora's face next to hers. 'W-W-Was he going to...K-K-K-Kiss me?!' "Ew! Get away from me you pervert!" she yelled, kicking him in the groin where he deserved it.
"Cusou, nani kore?"
"Y-Y-You..." Orihime didn't finish. "You were going to kiss me," she said in a voice so faint he almost didn't hear her.
"So?"
"SO?!"
Ayame knocked on the already open door. "Hey guys," she announced cheerily.
Orihime whipped her head around. "Ayame-kun!"
Sora looked her way as well. Ayame noticed his thoughts. 'WHAT THE HELL!?' She marched over to Sora, still on the ground in pain, and stuck her flip-flop in his face, smashing it in. "What the hell were you about to do to her?" she growled.
"G-Gomen...Yamete." he replied.
"Yameranai! What you did was unforgivable!" She smashed her food in harder.
"Please..." he pleaded, "You're giving me a nose-bleed."
Orihime couldn't let Sora get injured anymore even thought she wanted to smash her foot into his face too. She trotted over next to Ayame. "Let me handle this," she said.
Ayame nodded and removed her foot. Orihime grabbed Sora's ear.
"Ow, ow, ow, ow, ow," he repeated as he was pulled to his feet by his ear.
"Don't do that again or Ayame-kun really won't stop next time," she whispered to him, and let him go. He rubbed his ear gingerly.
'Mataku, teme', he thought. A bare foot landed in his gut this time, the flip-flop slapping him across the face.
"Rephrase that NOW!" Ayame yelled at him, slapping him relentlessly.
Orihime just faked a laugh to try and lighten the air.

Monique heard Ayame. She got a smirk smile and dropped Kyori's leash. She stuck out both hands, palms in front. Water gushed from her hands in pools. The water lashed Sora across the face and anywhere else she could thing off -*hint hint*-. She raised her hands high and whipped a final wave around him, not soaking anyone else. She thougt she had doen well for being part blind. She saw andd faint outline of the scene, barely anything. She saw Two girls and a guy. Nothing much. She had done great.
Well played, Monique-sama.
Monique felt proud in Kyori's congradulations. She felt around for a chair and sat down.
She blinked innocently and said lightly,"What did I do? I can't see a thing." She batted her eye lashes.
Kyori rolled her eyes and whined. Monique looked at her dog and giggled.

Sora glared at her. 'God, someday I'll...'
Etsuyo entered the scene, walked right up to Sora and whispered something in his ear. His eyes widened, locked on Orihime.
"W-What is it?" she asked.
He quickly grabbed his bag, not saying a word, and gave the Prophecy book to Etsuyo. She quickly skimmed through it, searching for any hint in it. She gasped when she finally saw it, and the hunches of Eiry were confirmed.
"Yappari," Eiry announced staring at Ayame. She began to read aloud: "Thus there will be an exchange, one for one, girl for girl, and a new power will rise. One greater than the first. An Elemental will change sides, betraying her friends." Etsuyo snapped the book shut.
"Wanna explain that, Ayame? Or should I say, spy?"
Ayame was astonished. Orihime gasped. "W-What are you talking about?" Ayame defended.
"Don't act ignorant," Sora's eyes narrowed. 'So she's going to take Orihime when she got the chance...'
"Ayame-kun would never do anything like that!" Orihime exclaimed, running over to protect her friend. Etsuyo walked up, tearing the pair apart, and pulled Ayame by the hair.
"Yameru!" she shouted, trying not to use force.
"Ayame-kun!" Orihime yelled, still trying to reach her best friend but being held back by Sora.
"Stop fussing," he told her.
"Lie. Watashi wa nai. Ayame-kun, momoru!" She began wrestling again.
Sora held up her chin, whispering into her ear. "Let her clear her name. Etsuyo will never let it go otherwise." Orihime calmed down.
"Wanna explain?" Etsuyo growled, getting irritated. "Or shall we burn you on a cross?"
Ayame's eyes widened. 'Could she really do that?' she thought, sensing the trueness of her statement in her thoughts. "You...would never."
Etsuyo grasped her hair harder. Ayame yelped.
Orihime couldn't stand it any longer. "SHE HASN'T DONE ANYTHING WRONG!" she cried. "Moy he. Yameru..." She continued sobbing.
Sora's heart ached. He didn't want to do this to her. But he knew this would make her stronger, because he remembered reading: 'And hence this conflict will strengthen the girl, and she will learn to handle her fear'. Sora felt the tears landing on his hands.
"Moy he..." she continued sobbing.
Sora's eyes softened. "Orihime-kun..."
She turned around in his arms, her hair flying through the air. "Can't you do anything?"
Her tear-filled eyes making Sora's eyes widen. 'He couldn't do this to her. He couldn't make her feel this bad...'
"Tell me!" Etsuyo yelled, excalating not only her voice but her force another level.
"Stop, Etsuyo."
She turned to face Sora. "Why the hell should I?"
"Because she's innocent," he said simply, scaring Orihime in the similarities between the two.
Etsuyo gritted her teeth. "Whatever, but if she begins to cause trouble..." She shifted her glare to Ayame. "She WILL face the consequences." And with that, she left the room.
Ayame just sat there, replaying the events in her head. What she saw in Etsuyo's mind was vivid. A deep anger and a deep sadness. She stared after her, watching the small figure disappear. 'Just what have you gone through, Etsuyo?' she thought.
"Sora...I thought you..." Orihime started, staring up at him. "I thought you hated me."
Sora's eyes widened in surprise.
"But you saved me so..."
"I don't hate you," he said, grinning slightly, "I just..."
He never finished but Orihime knew he didn't need to. 'He cares for me...' she thought warmly, smiling. "Souka," she said. "Now who wants some pancakes!?" she asked aloud.
"ME!" Ayame answered, running over and hugging her best friend.

Monique woke up in her bed and felt her sheets. She needed to wash them again. She blinked and swerved through her closet, her mind racing a mile a second. She picked up a green shirt that said 'Be green. Recyle homework.'. She pulled out a pair of navy blue capris and slipped on her orange running shows. She snotched Kyori's leash and thought about yesterday while charging down stairs.
'What was Etsuyo meant? What was Sora gonna say? That stupid crap head! Why can't I freakin see anything?!' Monique thought irritebley.
She popped some a waffle in the toaster and whitsled for Inu. She felt she needed more than one sidekick today. Inu trotted over and sat by his sister.
Good, He's coming. Be alert. We are your eyes and you take care of the rest.
Kyori yipped and headed forward as Monique grabbed her waffle from the toaster and munched on it on her way out the door.
They arrived at Ayame's house.
"Why here?" Monique asked.
I need you to ask her something for me.
Monique nodded and knocked lightly on the door, hoping no one was home.
"What do you want to ask?" Monique questioned.
I need you to ask her about her sister. What she's like and how they get along. Then you must find out if she will work iwht you to help Orihime and you tell her only what you think she needs to know.

"Like I said, I'm really sorry for what she did..." Orihime rambled on and on, sitting on the bench of the neighborhood park.
"And like I said, daijoubu," Ayame told her.
Orihime quieted down and her fast-moving mouth turned into a frown. "I just don't know what's going on any more..." she said quietly, tears appearing in her eyes. "I never asked for any of this...I don't want to be a legend..." She whispered softly. "I don't want to be an Elemental," she finished, her voice so low it put a church mouse to shame. But Ayame heard it loud and clear.
"Being an Elemental isn't a bad thing.." she started, beginning her long, "comfort speech" she gave to Orihime at least once a week now.
Sora suddenly dropped in, taking a seat next to Orihime and listening to Ayame preach. She gave him a dirty look. He glared back. Orihime turned her head to see who it was.
"Sora-kun!" she exclaimed. "I haven't seen you around in awhile!"
His eyes softened the moment he turned his gaze to his beloved Orihime. "Yeah...well...I had a few things to do," he laughed, rubbing the back of his head.
Ayame continued to glare at him. "What brings you here, pervert?"
He looked at her again, his body immediately defensive. "Please don't call me that," he said simply, not wanting to cause trouble. For one thing, they were in the middle of a public park, and for another, he didn't want to hurt Orihime again.
"Please don't fight you two," she stated sadly, the frown appearing again on her face. "Why can't everyone just get along?" she cried, her face landing in her hands. But behind all of this was something bigger. Her older sister tried to kill her, her brother was dead, and two of her best friends were fighting. She felt unwanted and unloved.
They continued to glare at each other for awhile. "There's no way I'm talking to that pervert," Ayame said, breaking the silence. And with that she turned her back to him with a firm 'humph'.
Not to be outdone, Sora quickly defended himself. "There's no way I'm talking to that psyco." He mirriored her body language.
Orihime was again hurt. "Doushite? Doushite...mi nya...?" she asked, promptly jumping up and running towards the forest nearby.
Sora looked after her. "Now look what you've done," he growled at Ayame, quickly following close behind Orihime.
Ayame just sat on the bench, not knowing what to do. Then she saw Monique walking her way.

Ayame just sat on the bench, not knowing what to do. Then she saw Monique walking her way.
Monqiue gave up and walked to the park. Kyori saw Ayame on the bench and barked. Monique tugged on the leash and let Kyori guide her anyway. She had heard Orihime's loud foot steps turn soft when she left. She sat by Ayame when she heard more footsteps.
Chikara rounded the corner, looking like her usual cheeky self. She saw Monique and Kyori. She thought of what to say.
"Who was that one guy Orihime was with?" SHe asked.
Monique looked up blindly.
"Well who?"
"A low-life crap head. He's all over Orihime like he's her puppet. He obviously has mental issues." Monique smiled a bit.
Chikara gigggled and trotted down the pathway.
Monique looked at Kyori.
"Where's Inu?"
Chasing a squirrel.
Kyori palloped forward, without Monique, and dissapeared. She reappeared a moment later with Inu.
"There you are boy." Monique ruffled her dog's ears.
She turned to Ayame.
"What's up with Orihime?"
Chikara rounded the corner, looking like her usual cheeky self. She saw Monique and Kyori. She thought of what to say.

She turned to Ayame.
"What's up with Orihime?"
Ayame looked up, depressed. "We..." she started, not knowing what to say next. "had an arguement." She turned her head away, ashamed of what she'd just done to her best friend. 'And the fact that the pervert is with her now doesn't make it any better.'
Sora ran to catch up with Orihime, they were already deep into the forest. "Matte, Orihime-kun!" he called out.
She continued running. 'They did this to me. I don't want life to be like this. I just want...I want...' "I just want to be a normal girl!" she cried, running faster. Sora noticed the change and continued to follow.
((i made it up the pathway))
Monqiue nodded. She replied,"I know he's a perv. I hate him too."
Then she asked out of nowhere,"Do you have a sister or any siblings at that?"
Monqiue nodded. She replied,"I know he's a perv. I hate him too."
Then she asked out of nowhere,"Do you have a sister or any siblings at that?"
She looked up, shocked. "Of course not. If I had siblings, I would've had them help pay the rent!" Her expression changed to a smile.
Orihime got tired. 'I can't keep running forever like this,' she thought. She glanced behind her. No sign of Sora. She came to a halt and leaned against a nearby tree, slowly sighing and slumping down. 'At least I won't be bothered here,' she figured, staring at the thick canopy above her. 'As long as I can find my way out of this place.' She laughed to herself.
"Orihime-kun!"
Orihime's head whipped up. 'Crap. I didn't expect him so soon.' She got up to continue running but accidentally stepped in a hidden hole. She screamed.
Sora heard Orihime's scream and ran even faster. 'I have to protect her,' he thought, readying his spellbook. He pulled his necklace out of his shirt, a momento from his mom: a silver cross on a back cord. It shone brightly with his desire to protect his girlfriend.
When he arrived on the scene, Orihime was desperately trying to free herself from the rabbit hole. She looked up to see Sora and quickly turned her head away. "What do YOU want?"
He sighed, relieved that she wasn't being kidnapped. Personally, much worse things had raced though his mind at that point. He smiled gently, kneeling down next to her. She kept her gaze steadily away.
Monique heard Orihime.
Stay here. Please Monique. Orihime is fine.
Monique nodded when she heard Kyori and turned to face Ayame.
"Do you want to help me protect Orihime?" Monique asked catiously.

A frown appeared on Ayame's face. "Not if that good-for-nothing pervert already has it handled." She looked back at Monique. "He's actually very capable but...the things he does...I wouldn't approve of in a lifetime." Her frown turned into a sly smirk.
Monqiue couldn't see anything, of course.
"He's a low life retarded butt for all I care. Kyori told me to protect Orihime. I thought you might want to help sense your her freind and all." She payed no attention to what she said.
Kyori whined.
Why did you tell her?!

"She IS my friend and I'd love to help but...Sora said he'd handle it and...I have...something else on my mind." She turned away from Monique and got up, brushing her shorts off. "I'll see you...maybe tomorrow?"
"Come on Orihime..." he soothed. He let his hand out gently and waited for her to take it. She didn't.
A loud 'slap' echoed through the forest leaving a bright red mark on Sora's cheek. He just sat in amazement. "I'm NOT going anywhere," she said, turning her head away in defiance. She began to climb out of the hole herself.

Monique nodded and smiled. She got up and Kyori dashed for someone's house. Monique couldn't see a thing, but followed Kyori. Kyori stopped in front of the house. Kyori barked and turned back to run back home. Monique stumbled behind and ran into Chikara.
Listen you two! We need to find someone! I don't know who!
Chikara nodded. Monique started thinking.

Chikara nodded. Monique started thinking.
Orihime's ankle stung. "Ouch!" she said as she falled face-first towards the dirt. She was caught by Sora...In an unexpected place. There was a short moment of silence where no words were spoken and no movements were made. "GET AWAY FROM ME YOU PERVERT!!!" she yelled, slapping him again.
He let her go gently and grasped his cheek. "Naze, Orihime-kun?"

Monqiue shot around, not seeing anythihng. Chikara gasped as a dark shadow appeared.
"Hello Monique, Chikara. Kyori." He hissed out the last word.
Monique shivered,"W-who are you? W-where are y-you?"
He said no more.

Ayame hurried home, pulling out her key to unlock her door. Switching the keys to her other hand, she tried the door. It opened. Her eyes narrowed as she stepped cautiously inside. "Hello?" she called out.
"Hi, Ayame-san," a girl that looked to be 9 years old replied.
"Why? You touched me THERE and you're asking ME WHY?"
He continued to stare at her as she gave her lecture.
She noticed his glare. 'Why that little...' "Fine, if you don't want me here then I'll just leave," she said, turning in his arms. But as she tried to stand, she was pulled backwards into Sora's arms. "Wha-What are you doing?"
He smiled into her hair, obviously washed with cherry blossom shampoo. "I was worried about you...I don't want you to get hurt...ever," he replied, again turning her around to see her face.
Her eyes twinkled. 'Did he really care about me that much?' "Sora..."
He smiled and held onto her tighter. "I won't let anything happen to you, Orihime-kun, because I...I..." His face became red.
Her eyes widened. 'Don't tell me he's going to...'
He only smiled. 'There's no way I can tell her...Not yet,' he thought. "Is your ankle okay?"
Her eyes shot down to look at her foot. "Well its...probably just sprained," she said, brushing it off even though the pain was so intense when she stood.
His eyes narrowed. "Hontou ni?"
She could feel the prespiration on her forehead. "Uh...y-yeah."
He smiled. "You really are sweet," he told her, lifting her off her feet to carry her piggyback-style.
She blushed at his praise. "Y-You really think so?"
"I know so," he finished, starting back towards her house.

Monique stared in surprise. Kyori yipped impatiently. Kyori jerked the leash and lunged at the intruder. Monique felt the force and stumble forward, falling to her face. The guy flashed and appeared next to her, catching her in the instant. Monique felt the pressure on her chest and was lifted back to her feet. She dusted herself off,"Arigoto." She thanked him.
He stepped back and offered a hand,"I'm Senkou. You must be Monique?"
Monique nodded, still not seeing his shadowed face. Kyori barked and yipped at Senkou. Senkou snapped a hard infront of the snow-white dog's face. Kyori became insanely quiet.

"Who are you?" Ayame asked the little girl.
She laughed a girlish laugh. "Don't you know, Nee-san?"
Ayame's eyes widened. "Nee...-san?"
The girl laughed again. "Of course. I must tell you, you gave me a heck of trouble trying to search for you." She smiled insanely widely. "Ha, ha. Anyway, I'm Tsubaki," she said, holding out her hand.
Ayame stared at it for a second then shook it. "Ayame."
Tsubaki laughed yet again. "Yeah, I knew that much."
'She sure is giggly,' Ayame thought. "Hey...Do you have a power?"
Now it was Tsubaki's turn to be surprised. "Yeah...Do you have one too?" Her expression looked hopeful.
"Yeah," Ayame said. "I can read your mind."
Tsubaki's jaw dropped. "Thats cool. But watch this." She closed her eyes and a pair of angel wings appeared on her back. "Isn't it cool?" she asked, flying into the air.
Ayame smiled. "You bet."
Tsubaki came back out of the air. "Well...How about dinner?"
"Chicken sound good?"
Tsubaki laughed her giggly laugh. "What a classic."

Kyori shot Monique a look.
I don't trust him one bit.
Monique blinked and answered,"I know. How could I?"
I don't know. You just seem too.
"I just met him Kyori."
Don't say my name to the intruder! How dare you Monique-sama?!
"Your not my master Kyori! I'm yours!"
Oh right... Sorry. Let's go.
"Fine" Monique agreed and turned away from Senkou.
"What was that Monique?" Senkou asked, putting a hand on her shoulder.
"My dog. She-" Monique stopped and Kyori barked.
Monique smiled,"Wanna come to my house for dinner?"
"Sure." They walked away, leaving Chikara to follow in behind.
"Your right Kyori. He is weird." Chikara whispered.

((TIME SKIP))
Orihime woke up to the sunshine streaming through her window. Squinting her eyes, she rolled over to give her eyes time to adjust. A hand touched her shoulder and she jumped, her eyes immediately snapping open. Sora's face met hers.
"I made you breakfast," he said, holding up the tray that you would only see at a bed-n-breakfast.
"U-Uh..." Orihime stuttered, not knowing what to say. "Thanks."
He smiled at her. "I also started the laundry."
Her eyes practicallty popped out of their sockets. "How long have you been up Sora?" she asked, looking at the clock that said 7:00 am.
He laughed. "I couldn't sleep."
Monique sat up stretching. She almost got up when she remembered it was spring break. She plopped back down in her bed, her head sinking into her pillow as she rolled over and fell asleep again.
Chikara jumped out of bed and clawed the door open. She trotted down stairs and popped toast in the toaster. The dogs were already outside. Chikara waited for her breakfast and tried to figure out it could have been....
Chikara jumped out of bed and clawed the door open. She trotted down stairs and popped toast in the toaster. The dogs were already outside. Chikara waited for her breakfast and tried to figure out it could have been....
After breakfast, Orihime kicked Sora out and got dressed. Grabbing a jean skirt and a pink t-shirt, she immediately threw them on. 'Well at least he cares enough to make breakfast for me and that's good enough,' she thought warmly, smiling. Just as she got the shirt over her head, Kaze appeared.
"Get down Orihime-sama."
"Huh?" she asked. "Naze ga, Kaze?"
Kaze only stared at her with eyes wise beyond her years. "Someone's coming."
Orihime immediately shot to the floor, embarrassed at the prospect of anyone seeing her bottom-half naked. A sword flew into the room, whizzing right through the open window and past Orihime's head. 'What was that?'
"Etsuyo," Kaze whispered.
Suddenly, two men flew into her room. Orihime realized who they were instantly. "It's you!" she shouted angrily, feeling that she would finally get her revenge for Ayame.
Saki turned towards her and smirked. "Target sighted," he told his brother. Kuro turned around.
Orihime gasped.
Kaze immediately snapped into a defensive stance. "Hide Orihime-sama!"
Orihime slowly stepped backwards, not taking her eyes of the twins.
Suddenly, another man appeared next to her, stealing the keys off her beltloop.
"Hey!" Orihime shouted, trying to get them back, but Kuro and Saki held her back. Kaze disappeared and Etsuyo jumped through the window.
"Let her go!" she shouted.
Kuro and Saki smirked before the group disappeared with a flash, along with Orihime.
Etsuyo's eyes widened. Sora burst through the door. "Orihime...Doko ka?!" he asked hurriedly, his spellbook already in hand.
Etsuyo's bangs hund in front of her face, a small tear dripping down her cheek. Sora's eyes widened. "Orera...feiru, Kami-sama,"
Sora couldn't process the information. 'Orihime's gone?' "DOUSHITE!" he shouted in frustration.
((it's ok.))
Monique finely woke up for good and looked at the clock. She saw nothing of course. She reached her closet and snagged on a bedazzled idigo t-shirt and khaki skorts. She ran catiously down stairs, holding the rail. Chikara set two plates with three peices of toast on each on the table. Monique noticed no dogs.
"Thanks for letting them out Chikara-kun." She thanked.
Chikara shook her head,"I didn't let them out."
MOnique took a bite and got up. She strolled outside with Chikara behind her. She knew someone was there. She looked back at Chikara. SHe saw a faint outline of Kyori. Kyori shot a glance back.
Leave Monique-sama! Go to Orihime.
Monique nodded and latched a leash to Kyori.
"Chikara, stay here with Inu and Ritoru." She commanded before heading off with Kyori.
Kyori erged on and up the steps to Orihime's home.
"Hello?" Monique knocked on the door.

Sora and Etsuyo heard the knocking. Etsuyo didn't move in her depressed state. Sora sighed and went downstairs to answer it. He opened the door, a solemn look on her face. "Yes?"
