My name is Amber. I'm a teenager, and of course I love books! Right now I have 7 books just sitting on my shelf that I haven't even read. My favorite books to read are young adult literature. My favorite genre is fantasy, or horror. But yeah. I'm new to this group and also new to goodreads.com. I just joined today.

Welcome to the group! Its fun trust me. I have never found a better website haha but then again i have only lived 13 years haha. So i havent really experienced any other websites! haha Read A book called Fallen by Lauren Kate and Hush Hush by Becca Fitzpatrck they are really good!

I have chopped down my reading list. I think I have four more books only ,in the house to read, four on hold at library and 147 want to reads. My nose hurts, it must be branching out. hehe
Don't worry Amber, not everybody has to go crazy, I only have about 60 TBR's on my shelves. Of course, I've only been here since December! I may easily end up with over 200 TBR's on my books by the end of the year! Especially after inheriting many from my awesome grandfather. (He's giving away a lot of his books, but sometimes after donating them to a thrift shop, he'll go right back in and buy them back! Luckily, he's giving some of his well-loved treasures to me too!) Welcome to Goodreads, it's amazing! I LOVE it. I never knew there was such a thing as an online bookclub until early December, and now I have no idea how I'd live without it! :) Hope you have as much fun as I do!
I am new to the group and to goodreads. I have many books on the shelf to read and seem to buy more each week. I love coming across a new book that interests me.
I am a vampire junkie but a very selective one, lol. I like the Sookie Stackhouse series, Twilight of course, House of Night, the Vampire Diaires. A lot are young adult but I also read the Anita Blake series. There are a few others.
I am sure my list of books will increase over time by being here. I do most of my reading in the summer outside with the kids not much else to do.

Welcome Amber. I agree this book thing gets out of control. I hav not counted my piles.. it is too daunting.
I've read the first in the Sookie Stackhouse series. I enjoyed it!
