Patch is awesome, almost too awesome for Nora. She's kinda your average flat-chested, whiny overachiever heroine. She's nothing special and the way she tried to refuse Patch at the beginning of the book was annoying because come on! If a totally hot mysterious guy showed up would you really avoid him?
Well patch can also be kind of a jerk. Like he just won't tell Nora anything. Even though he say you just have to ask, she doesn't A) know what to ask and B) doesn't know where to start.
Plus Patch is mine because I Know Becca!

I think Patch is best for Nora. He is a bad boy, yes, but who doesnt love a bad boy? Plus when a girl like Nora could bring out that old loving side of a boy like Patch, they are meant to be. I also dont think Nora is whiney. She is a good character to relate to. She is pretty normal with the exception of being a Nephilim. I love the characters.
But to be quite honest it does a tiny bit resemble TwilightONE: Nora tries to find out his secrets
The same way Bella does
But Bella doesnt try and do it desperately like Nora
TWO: Like always the Boy(Patch)tries to hide the secrets from her in case she gets hurt or doesnt want him anymore.
THREE: He resists in killing her like Edward in Twilight because he loves her.
FOUR: The guy saves her life and can be with her now as her guardian angel which technically resembles Edward as he protacts Bella like a guardian angel.
FIVE: The villain wants to hurt the girl so the villian can hurt the boy which resembles Victoria with Edward.
NOW WHAT DO YOU THINK?
i think Becca read twilight and got inspired to wright hush hush after she read it. But i think the whole different types of angels and all that stuff make it more complicated. And that makes me think Hush Hush is better than Twilight!
Angels and Vampire's all the unknown mysitcalsThere's a whole secret civilazation of Angels that also have laws in Hush Hush and Patch breaks the laws for love.
There's also a whole secret civilazation of vampires with laws too and Edward would risk his life for it too.
In Hush Hush Patch's ex lover tries to kill Nora
In Twilight James's tries to kill Bella too.
Patch saves Nora and so does Edward.
Dont get me wrong I LOVE Hush Hush I jusr think it resembles Twilight a little too much.
But with Angels instead of Vampires.
Look at it from a differnt point of view
There's a whole law for the Angel which Patch breaks for love.
Same as Twilight
Patch risks his life or his happiness for Nora
So does Edward
