Just come across this group and thought I'd join. I'm from Birmingham, UK.
I enjoy historical fiction of the WW2 era especially when infused with historically accurate facts. Philip Kerr, Robert Harris etc

Welcome to the group, Darren.

My name is Jeff and I am an avid Military History enthusiast, especially regarding WWII and many other great campaigns of the past. I am currently awaiting orders to attend Undergraduate Pilot Training for the Air Force. I recently switched to the Air Force after serving 10 years in the Army as an Airborne Infantryman. I look forward to all the discussions and book recommendations. I am currently on the final book in Jeff Shaara's trilogy on WWII, and have Heinz Guderians "Panzer Leader" on deck. Pleasure to meet you all.

My name is Karen. I am interested in just about anything in history, but WWII has been a particular favorite time period for a long time. There is so much I don't know about it.

Thank you Geevee. Have posted on the Mediterranean Theater discussion and gotten a recommendation. Hoping for other areas of Greece as well, since most of my reading about Greece has been fiction.
