I don't understand, though...is this just being in a really high airplane? Because that would suck. Or do you get to float around the cabin?

As much as I am fond of the idea of space travel, this Virgin Galactic contraption holds no appeal to me.

Nada. I like looking at space while my feet are planted firmly on solid ground. I think it is beautiful in a terrifying sort of way. But the thought of being in the mist of a never ending universe is eerie and not at all appealing.

Beam me up Scotty! My favorite STO episode was the one where the pilot gets accidentally beamed to the Enterprise, but they have to return him because his son (not yet born) becomes crucial to space flight.

Anyway, I'd love to be beamed up by a more benign technologically advanced space ship from our future. But presently, no way, still far too dangerous! Maybe when I'm old and don't care so much.
