The book is a valid edition; it only needed the author name corrected. I combined it with the other edition:

Well, for one thing, there's no point to deleting anything which has an ISBN and is present on one of our feeder sites, because it'll just come back in the second import.

What can be done is to mark it not a book, but unless you have conclusive evidence that it isn't a book, it's better to err on the side of leaving it.

You could always post a link to it in the "Book Issues" thread and see if someone else has better luck tracking down a valid catalog record for it.

the key is to combine it first with the "legit" book and delete it afterward. i guess this procedure is to ensure that the ratings for the deleted book goes to the right one (hopefully :D).
