Jen (nekokitty) | 182 comments I've just started reading Outlander, and am really enjoying it. I don't think that this series has been turned into a movie, but I seem to remember seeing a preview for a movie that had a similar story theme. Basically, girl travels through time, and is torn between her husband and a lover from the different time. (No, not The Time Traveler's Wife, I'm sure of that.)

Am I crazy? If I'm not crazy, please name the movie if you know it. It's really been bothering me! :)

Thanks in advance!

Jim (jimmaclachlan) Sorry, doesn't bring anything to mind with me, either. I live under a rock though. I'm watching "Changeling" with George C. Scott for the first time & it's only been around for 50 years or so...

Jen (nekokitty) | 182 comments No problem, and thanks! I could be remembering incorrectly, or maybe it was a tv show and not a movie. Regardless, both my husband and I spent a decent about of time on the internet last night, and couldn't find anything... I can admit it, I might (MIGHT!) be wrong... just this once. :)

Related quotation:
"I suppose every old scholar has had the experience of reading something in a book which was significant to him, but which he could never find again. Sure he is that he read it there, but no one else ever read it, nor can he find it again, though he buy the book and ransack every page."
