I'm not sure what exactly to do about this one: Sequel to the Hero and the Crown, 1999 by Greenwillow Books, certainly doesn't exist (and Greenwillow Books has something of a history of putting bad bibliographical data out there anyway). Should I merge this into "The Hero and the Crown" and NAB it? Should I just NAB it?
