Hahahs, I wouldn't exactly expect too many guys in suits, but for girls it can be formal to semi-formal dresses or if not, they can just show up in jeans but like the majority of people may be coming in dresses. It's in Australia by the way.

Haha, sorry ladies, the author probably does host events (very most likely) in USA, but the Black Hand Ball is an Australian Event, they may have a similar event in USA though, although it may not be called the Black Hand Ball. But anyways, the one in Melbourne was amazing and if you guys ever get the chance to go I suggest ditching the heels or bringing extra flats, my feet are dying!
