Gall, as in gallbladder/gallstones, or having the gall to do something. I saw humor, and it started me thinking about the four humors -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Humorism -- but since I didn't know much about them, my brain assumed that Gall must be one of them (it isn't). Rather than cheat and make something up that made sense, I just put down what my brain thought.
