I hate weak female characters too. And I hate it when characters don't show any emotions at all; it's just kind of annoying because it makes the story seem less real.

yes and no- i tend to support who i read first which is a bit different because i do a lot of research the majoirity of the time on the internet so i "read" about the OTHER guy first so i always choose him.

yes and no- i tend to support who i read first which is a bit different because i do a lot of research the majoirity of the time on the internet so i "read" about the OTHER guy first so i always choose him.

I liked Strange Angels. The MC- Dru Anderson- is really kick ass. Although like most MC she has her moments you can tell that she's the independent one. The guy in the book acts likes a frickin' two year old who got told that the boogie monsters real.

i'm just finished the second book a few weeks/months ago T_T (i'm dying for the 3rd) and it's ADDICTIVE!
THe main charactesr Richard and Kahlan are in there 20's round about and Zed is the (shh) grandfather etc.
It's the normal good vs. evil and it has everything from romance (soo cute XD), gore (muahhaa) and a lot of battles and action. :D
Though i warn you, the middle is sus'pose to be boring and it's like 11 books in the series and it IS an adult series so expect rape (don't worry with Kahlan she totally kicked ass before anything series happened through this bitch of an idiot wasn't so lucky... though she didn't by choose to get the male wizards power... don't ask) and torture (awww poor richard T_T)

books normally are, but my favorite episode is the first one, when he's chopping wood with his shirt off, but there is the mord'sith one where he's shirtless the whole episode...but I like him so much better with short hair (I've seen pictures of him in the second season)
