Can someone correct the first published date for:
The Case of the Missing Books ... This is the edition I have in my hands.

Right now it states simply "2005"

But the earliest date I see in all the editions posted on Goodreads is 02January2006, which is this exact edition I have.

However, the flyleaf of this edition states "Copyright 2005 by Ian Sansom." I know that someone can copyright a work before it is actually published, so perhaps that is the confusion.

Per Amazon, the Mass Market Edition was published by Harper Perennial on January 1, 2005. Worldcat only shows editions from 2011 to 2014.

I found the ISBN for the MME listed as a ebook on GR. Updated it to show pub date, page count, and format as MME. Verified page count per Worldcat. The other details came from Amazon.

It appears that the link you give goes to a book with either format or pagination listed. It's a new book, so other version may be showing up daily.
