Can someone add the full original publication date.Per my research Dracula was first published on 26 May 1897
Can someone verify the page count for Life Is a Jungle by Ron Snell and add to the metadata?. I have a physical copy of the first edition version published by Hannibal Books in July 1997 with ISBN - 0929292855 which has 270 pages.

Worldcat agrees, but it looks like someone has already taken care of this.

It currently says that the first publication date is 1897.

Yes ... but some challenges require a MONTH of publication as well as a year. First date published (as best as I can determine) is 26May1897.
Would a librarian be able to add the page numbers for The Mystery of the Darkstone? I have the book in hand and it has 262 pages.Thanks so much.

I've changed it to 272 pgs since Amazon gives this number for the edition you've linked.

Yes, the ISBN for the book I have is 0-141-31748-5, which agrees with the linked page. There are 261 numbered pages, and then the last page is not numbered, but does exist. I make that 262 pages, but I'm not going to quibble about one page! There may be numbering conventions or suchlike I would not be aware of, as a non-librarian.

Asking again ... since this seems to have been missed.Can a librarian please add the FULL date of first publication to Dracula .... Near as I can determine the book was originally published on 26 May 1897 ... currently the "first publication" date has only the year, and no month.

Trish, GR system is not set up to accept BC or AD with dates. I got it to accept -380, but I have also put this up on the Librarian group for further review.
I tried to do this as well and failed. I thought there must be some trick to it. Does it require a super librarian?

Please could someone add a page count to The World's Best Computer Jokes? Unless there is a convention not to add a page count when the pages are not numbered?I have counted the unnumbered pages and there are 92. WorldCat agrees:

Page numbers are edition specific. Amazon lists that specific edition as having 275 pages.

Unless you mean adding the format "mass-market paperback" to the one with 223 pages? That edition is a regular paperback, and the format now shows that.

The record for The Draper's Daughter shows it was published November 15th 2016 and has a translator as well as an author. The German edition Die unbeugsame Händlerstochter says published February 23rd 2016 but that date isn't showing as the first published date on the English translation. Is there a way to add the first published date if it is the same year but a different month?
(Hoping to use this for Task 15.6 if the record can show the German edition came first.)
