Umm... that's just kind of gross.I really don't have any desire to watch any TV, save Avatar: The Last Airbender. Everything else is pretty much crap.
Instead, I interest myself in legit literature. And SparkLife blogs. And Goodreads. And my blog.

I actually wasn't a bandwagon hopper, I first just randomly checked it out of the library in about '05 and thought it was okay...not brilliant, but okay. Then, when it started becoming all popular and people started talking about it, I read the sequels and waited for Breaking Dawn to come out...and Breaking Dawn was $h!t. That was what mostly turned me off Twilight.
I only watch Family Guy on certain occasions...

I do, actually. However, I'm not a fan of many TV shows, since I find most current shows uninteresting. I'd much prefer to go on Goodreads or read a book.

Rose- I just heard that the movie was really REALLY good, and that the effects were awesome, too. A few people have seen advance screenings, but the entire movie wasn't finished (about half an hour was taken out because it was still being edited).I'm going to go see it with a bunch of my friends. We have no shame when it comes to movies. :D

Heheh, sorry. It's just that NO ONE has read it and whenever I meet someone who has, it's a massive spaz moment.
Also, the movie was totally screwed up, but I actually saw the movie before I read the books, so I wasn't insanely furious like I normally would've been.

Rose and I are talking about Avatar: The Last Airbender, which is probably the best show Nickelodeon's ever made, since it's consistently amazing. It's like American anime, although all the Japanese people are like "NO YOU CANNOT MAKE AN ANIME BECAUSE YOU ARE AMERICANS," but it is.
Also, the movie was actually the ORIGINAL Avatar, and had been planned (and announced) for release with the name "Avatar: The Last Airbender." But then James Cameron came along and freaked out because HE wanted the Avatar title, so he has "Avatar" and they had to cut it down to "The Last Airbender," although all the fans still just call it Avatar. (Or Avatar-the-cartoon, depending on whom we're talking to. Like you, for instance. No offense- it's just that you don't seem to have really heard of it, so we would refer to it as Avatar-the-cartoon, not Avatar-with-the-blue-people.)
And Rose, I just read a review from someone who saw an advance screening and apparently it's awesome! Although actually, at the time of the screening, they weren't finished with the movie yet, so about half an hour was missing. It's going to be about two hours total.

The trailers are AWESOME... except the really short one that only shows the air temples and then Aang airbending. That one's a dud. But the other ones are AMAAAAAZINGGGG. 8D

Yeah, I read all the Cirque Du Freak books last year. :D I loved Harkat and Kurda...
Have you read The Demonata? It's by the same author, Darren Shan. It's his newest series (I think) and I'm currently waiting for the last book in the series, Hell's Heroes. It's comes out sometime in May. :D
