The eternal Tao has no name.
Although simple and subtle, no one in the world can master it.

If kings and lords could harness them,
the 10,000 things would naturally obey.
Heaven and earth would rejoice with the dripping of sweet dew. Everyone would live in harmony, not by official decree, but by their own goodness.

Once the whole is divided, the parts need names.
There are already enough names;
know when to stop.
Know when reason sets limits to avoid peril.

Rivers and streams are born of the ocean,
and creation is born of the Tao.
Just as all water flows back to become the Tao.

J. Guevara (jguevara) Nice one, Starr. How simple can it get...? But this could be the problem; it's too easy. We seem to bed stuck in that mindset of adversity. Like, medicine has to taste bad to be good, or, knowledge requires struggle, discipline, perseverance to have value. So, in our quest we plod along the path never realizing that the journey IS the destination,. Or, we seek shortcuts not knowing that there are none, for none are needed... The distance between your head and heart is not that far.

LOVE that, J! Yeah we get too caught up on the destination; on goals. Like reaching a "goal weight," while following a sensible eating plan. Don't focus on the goal weight. Enjoy learning the good eating habits as you aquire them.
