Problem Uploading Book Cover Image

Did something change in the uploading interface recently? I ask because I routinely add book cover images & have never had any problem until the past few weeks. When the problem started at first, I'd be able to upload one image but when I'd move on to adding a cover for a 2nd book the interface would no longer be able to find it & I'd have to quit the browser & re-open it to successfuly have the cover image appear. Now, for the last 3 days, when I go to upload a cover image, the interface finds it & acts as if it's uploading it but then it doesn't appear. Before, the uploading process would be slow but it would work. Now it's quick but it doesn't work.

Your help would be much appreciated!

I uploaded a whole bunch of covers in the past few days without incident.

What browser and OS are you using?

Safari & Mac OS 10.3.3. It's the same borwser & OS I've used all along without any problems.

I figured out why I had trouble uploading the cover image: My cover image name had a diacritical mark in it: "Súm IV" - as soon as I removed that mark by writing the file name: "Sum IV" the image uploaded fine.
