Its nothing to congradulate. *smiles* Im 18 going on 19 and my parents have no say over my body. That includes my hair. They are cool with it especially since Im well balanced in college paying for college and an undemanding social life. I work and vote. As long as Im a functioning adult not addicted to anything my parents dont really care what I do. They let me live and make mystakes because I wont be normal otherwise and I would be smothered and I dont want overbearing parents. No one does especially at my age. Sorry about the TMI.
