I adored the early Lovejoys! For some reason I felt by book #13 or so Gash had begun to ramble too much at the expense of actual plot.
I've just started
The Heroine's Bookshelf: Life Lessons, from Jane Austen to Laura Ingalls Wilder on audio book. The reader is delightful.
