I think my writing is summed up perfectly by Ernest Hemingway, who once said "I am an awful writer but an excellent re-writer." Most of the time I haven't even finished the first draft of something before going back to the beginning and reading through it, which is probably one of the reasons that I never finish any of my novels *sigh*
