I used to read a lot of JJ - but I think I missed that one. GTK it was good.

How are you liking this one, Pamela? I have it and started a few chapters a couple of months ago and got side tracked. (I used to be married to an alcoholic... - first husband, not my second - so wasn't too interested, truth be told.)

I do like it but I can understand the problem with the alcoholic theme. That bugs me to a degree but not enough to stop reading. I have read some books where the hero is an alcoholic and haven't cared for that theme. Its a rough issue in romance for me.

I never heard of this author, Susan. Is the book good?

Anna, I've heard good things about that book; did you like it?

I enjoyed it, and I think you would like it too, Lisa Kay , it's a really nice historical. And plus: you get two stories for the price of one ;-). One in the present, and one in the past.

Now I'm reading a paranormal historical, Danube in Candlelight by Stephanie Burkhart.

How many years ago was that, Pamela?

Not a big paranormal fan but I've seen her listed as a fave so decided to try her out.
Love the Midnight series, Anna!

Does that mean you are going to join the December "buddy read" in RLftCI, Pamela?
