How are you liking this one, Pamela? I have it and started a few chapters a couple of months ago and got side tracked. (I used to be married to an alcoholic... - first husband, not my second - so wasn't too interested, truth be told.)

I do like it but I can understand the problem with the alcoholic theme. That bugs me to a degree but not enough to stop reading. I have read some books where the hero is an alcoholic and haven't cared for that theme. Its a rough issue in romance for me.

Now reading Seduction & Scandal (The Brethren Guardians, #1) by Charlotte Featherstone - I'm a sucker for a tortured hero.

Now, I'm reading Lord of the Abyss (Royal House of Shadows, #4) by Nalini Singh and I'm LOVING it.

I enjoyed it, and I think you would like it too, Lisa Kay , it's a really nice historical. And plus: you get two stories for the price of one ;-). One in the present, and one in the past.

I'm reading In Bed with a Highlander (McCabe Trilogy, #1) by Maya Banks . It is so good that I'm more than halfway through even though I only began today.

You are welcome! I ended up reading Just Like Heaven (Smythe-Smith Quartet #1) by Julia Quinn instead which was great! But this is the near the top of my TBR.
