I have a poor history with my right knee. Its been dislocated before. Like, heaps of times playing soccer and hurdles and all those sporty shenanigans I get up to.
So there I was at lunch break, just going to sit down with by friends and all of a sudden BAM! Pain in the knee. And it hurt unbelievably. And so I tried to get up and I could barely bend the knee. One of my friends had to help pop it into place.
