Monica sent me 4 fabric book-covers that she made (One has my name stictched on the front!!!) Love them!!!
Tanja, you are very kind. I don't know what material the inside of that holder is, but the paint wouldn't dry, the ink for the stamp wouldn't dry, and I waited and waited. By the time you got it, most of it must have come off on the envelope I stuck in there.I am really glad you like it. I had fun planning it, even if the execution didn't quite turn out as I had pictured it!
Hello - it is April 14th and I would like to thank Rose for being the most wonderful secret chick ever! I love how you wrapped the gifts in my favorite color, and got the mermaid/ocean items - I will take the bath salts on vactation with me! I am wearing the necklace you made me at work today, and plan to tell my storytime kids all about "my secret friend". Jo, Jo, Jo. Everything is color coordinated in a my favorite green! I heard the package clink when I picked it up and thought, uh oh, something is broken. But I was wrong - clear across the country and everything survived the post office! A fun dotted cup and coaster, a tower of memo blocks, and a cute key ring with my initial. Thank you thank you.

I received a sweet golden angel, and I think I'll hang it in my car, because who doesn't need a little extra protection on the road?I also got a great mousepad, with a paw print design, and a place to insert a photo of my dogs! I love it! I got a new camera recently and haven't played with it much, so this is a perfect incentive to try and get the boys posed together.

Oh, Kristie Faye! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I love, LOVE my memory box with the letter M on the front, it's decorated so cute! It's the perfect box to place some of my treasured pictures in! I love the two handmade bookmarks, they're so clever and cheerful! I'm using one in my book right now! I love the cute little note pad and, of course, the vanilla carmel tea! Yum! It smells wonderful! I can't wait to have a cup this evening while I read. Such a thoughtful, creative gift! So glad it is Wednesday - Thanks bunches to Melissa - I love the card and am going to recycle and use the tag on the card on a scrapbook page or a card, love the teddy bear stickers and matching postcards and thank your for the two bookmarks to add to my collection. I love chicken soup books so the "Taste of Chicken Soup to Inspire a Woman's Soul" is nice - I have not read that one yet and a cool Cheerios Cookbook can't wait to see what neat things I can make from there. Thank again for making my day.

OMG, I'm dying, I'm laughing at myself! Holli, thank-you so much for my lovely gifts!!!! That totally explains the coconut smell I've been wondering about for the last week!!!! I put my package near my computer here once I had received it. Well, I also have a small bottle of lotion that had been sitting here that I used one day, awhile ago. About a week ago I said to myself "WOW, I must have gotten some onto the keyboard, because it sure smells good over here!" HAHAHA
Holli got me some coconut lotion and a little disc (also coconut) to heat up to make my house smell good. She also got me a Disney journal which is terrific because I have been wanting to buy a little book to keep near my computer for all my different passwords for different sites. This will be perfect for that!

I can't wait to use the stationery and write with the purple pen and mark my books with the lovely handmade purple butterfly book marks and eat the chocolate kisses! I thought the card you included was very creative and awfully cute with the bear with an armload of lilacs(A scent I find heavenly!) on purple stock.

Leshawn - I am glad you like your package - I had fun trying to get stuff in the color you like. I love my gruffie stamp - bear with lilacs. Lilacs are my favorite flower as well as my mom's and grandma's as well as we like the scent.

I opened my gift yesterday too! Thank you Leshawn for your very obvious thoughtfulness. The notecards are my favorite part after the chocolate. /wink wink But seriously, I love that they are copies of art. and the girl vaguely looks like me. We are in the process of buying a house and I'm seriously thinking of framing one of each of the seasons to hang somewhere all together. They are playful and reflective at the same time. And one of my favourite things about living in Canada - being from south Louisiana - is... the four seasons!
