Here's one of my older ones

Shadows will rise,
Stars will fall.
With blood in water,
The clans will fall.
4 shall rise and
take command.
Leaders of their clan,
trot the path of darkness.
Once more the forest clans
will go to war.....

Translation:
Basicly, something dark (Another clan, dog packs, SOMETHING) comes and goes and fights the 4 clans. StarClan are helpless. All clans will fall and be servants to the darkness. 4 from each clan will take the leader postion(The leaders are still alive!). They'll lead all the clans to war and blah blah blah

Lightningstreak, maybe? I think Speckletail would be a good choice if you don't choose Lightningstreak because Lightningstreak apparently trusts Speckletail a lot and there would be a lot of anguish and stuff...

I think Moonstar should be the evil one. Bramblepaw (me), Mintchill (Sweeney), Voice (AF), and... Stoneclaw (Dapplenose) are the ones that rise and help fix the forest :)
