"Hey. Did you see Ally here?" she asked.

"Yeah. She asked me if I liked you. What about you?"
"The same. She also didnt explain why she needed the information, but whatever. Ally's strange that way." Alex said.
Eli nodded in agreement, "So, what should we do now?"
Alex looked at the clock on the library wall. "You should probably get home." he said, standing up.
"Okay." Eli said kinda sad, "You gonna walk me?"
"Didn't we bring your car?" Alex asked.
"Uh, yeah I forgot. Silly me." she started walking towards the library exit.
Eli went out the door and towards the car.
Eli got inside the passenger side of the car.
Alex started the car and drove to Eli's house.
When they got there Eli leaned in to give him a kiss.
Alex pulled back. "What are you doing?" he asked her.
Eli looked dumbstruck, "I was trying to kiss you. What's wrong?"
"Oh. Nothing. It's just...a kiss is a new gesture I'm not really familiar with." Alex said.
"Well I've kissed you before...what's the difference now?"
"I'm just not used to it." Alex said, getting out of the car.
Eli got out as well and walked to her doorstep.
Alex stayed by the sidewalk. "I'll see you later Eli." he said with a wave, before he started walking down the street towards his house.
Eli didn't wave back and proceeded inside her house. Amy greeted her with a hug and a "How was the date?"
Eli started crying then. She cried all the way out of Amy's arms and all the way to her room and locked the door.
Alex walked inside his house and watched a tv show.
Amy frowned and went back to watching television, wondering what went wrong.Eli thought about what happened. Does he not like me anymore? He said he did...I'm so confused!!
Alex turned off the TV, and climbed a tree in his front yard. Vlad the squirrl scampered up to him.
Eli fell asleep afterward.Amy went up to her room and fell asleep too.
Hey buuuudy!
Vlad said. Hey. Alex thought back.
Alex and Vlad fell asleep in the tree.
Alex woke up to Vlad hitting him in the face with his tail.
Wake. Up.
Alex hopped down from the tree and walked into his house.
Alex sat at his computer and tried to find as much information on sprites as he could since he knew Ally would never tell him anything.
Eli woke up early the next morning and made breakfast.
Alex found a lot of surprising information and printed a lot of it out.
After eating she got on her computer and searched the web.
Alex took the information he found, and started walking to Eli's house.
Eli was searching the web when Amy came in the room. "You all better?" she asked.
"Yeah. Just getting my mind off things." Eli replied.
Eli got off the computer and went to get the door. Amy followed.
Alex stood on the porch, the printings in his hand.
Eli opened the door and saw Alex, she waved to him and then stepped aside so he could come in. Amanda stared him down like a dog.
Alex walked in. "Hey, Eli. Hey, Amanda." he said pleasantly.
"Hey." Eli replied, closing the door.Amanda waved then went off to do stuff.
"So I was researching sprites on the internet, you know, 'cause Ally wouldn't tell us anything about them in a million years, and I found some stuff that I thought was pretty interesting, and I wondered if you'd like to hear it." Alex asked.
