Anederin stepped in. the truth was he was there to see if Ally was ok, for a reason he didnt know, he just knew he wanted to make sure she was ok.

Eli woke up around the afternoon and looked for something to eat. It's almost the nighttime...where is he? Eli thought.
Alex and Anderin met at the designated area. "Ok, well, here's some angel blades, and a runewriter." Alex said, giving Anderin three pen-looking things, and a silver stick. "Now, you find a demon, kill it. If it's too big, you can leave it alone, and the two of us can get it later. Deal?" "Deal." Anderin said, and they went their separate ways. It just so happened that Alex went over to Eli's house, and made sure there were no demons around there, and Anderin went to Ally's.
Eli decided to call Alex on his cell. Ring ring.
"Damn it." Alex whispered harshly under his breath. He had just spotted a demon about twenty feet from Eli's house, and his phone ringing alerted it to his presence. "Hello?" he asked, answering the phone as he tried to get out of the demons range of fire. Not easy when it had two heads and five arms.
"Where are you? I'm worried!" Eli said into the phone.
"I'm-" Alex dodged again, "Kinda busy."
"Um, trying not to get killed." Alex said quickly as he hopped out of the way of a head trying to eat him.
"WHAT?? WHERE ARE YOU?" she asked in alarm.
"50-woah!" Alex sidestepped, and stabbed the demon once, but it only stalled it for a second before charging again. "Feet from your house. Stay inside though, I'm fine."
"I'm glad your fine. But, please don't get hurt! I guess talking to you is distracting you huh? Well I'll hang up...but I'll be watching you from a distance." she hung up and went to the window and saw Alex fighting a demon.
Alex hung up, and threw his phone in the grass-he'd come back for it later-since he didnt have time to put it back in his pocket. The demon flew at him again, but he went under it, stabing it's soft underside with an angel blade-a glowing blue firey sword type thing. The demon fell on him, and he started to wiggle out from under it's dead body.
Eli stared at Alex fighting thinking he looked so manly.
Alex got out from under the demon, and stood up. The demon was already folding in on itself, and within a minute, it was a pile of dust. Alex stood there panting for a second, sweat falling into his eyes. Then he turned around, and started walking towards Eli's house.
Eli saw him coming and opened the door before he even reached it.
Alex reached her. "Hey, are you ok?" he asked.
"Yeah, not a scratch. Are you okay?"
"Yeah, of course." Alex said. Actually the demon had grazed his arm with it's teeth, but he chose to ignore it for the time being.
"Good. So are all the demons gone?" Amanda was in her room completely in her own element
"In front of your yard. Anderin agreed to help me, but I have no idea where he went after we split up." Alex said.
"Oh. Probably to Ally's. You know, I think he might like her. You know...the way you like me, but are to scared to admit it."
"I have no idea what you're talking about." Alex said. :I think the demons are here for a reason, we need to figure out that reason." he said, changing the subject.
She noticed he changed the subject but just ignored it. "Yeah."
"Ok, I'm going to go find Anderin, so, I'll see you later." Alex said.
"See ya." Eli said closing the door behind him, "Stay safe."
Alex decided to look where Eli had said, and sure enough he saw Anderin in a fight with a demon outside of Ally's house. As soon as Anderin killed the demon, Alex steppped forward. "What are you doing over here?" he asked, couriously.
"What do you mean?" Anderin asked."Well, It's just that youre right outside of Ally's house." Alex said.
"Oh, really? What a coincedence." Anderin said.
Alex rolled his eyes. "Well, it's dawn, and the demons have packed it up for the night." he said.
Alex and Anderin went back to Alex's house. "Ok, you can stay here since you helped me, but my bedroom door is made of steel and will be locked." he said, then he went to sleep, and Anderin fell asleep on the couch. Alex wanted to trust him, but years of attempted murder didnt just poof out of memory.
The next day Eli woke up feeling refreshed.
Alex and Anderin slept well into the afternoon.
Eli was surprised that she was awake before Amanda. She went to freshen up then went to prepare breakfast.
Anderin woke up before Alex. His brain was acting funny again, and it took all his stregth to leave instead of going up to Alex's room and trying to kill him.
Eli just ate some cereal and decided Amanda could do the same. Amanda finally yawned herself awake and went to the bathroom.
Anderin walked to Ally's house, since he had nothing to do. Alex woke up about an hour after.
Eli finished eating her cereal when Amanda finally came downstairs. She ate some cereal too.
Alex sleepily walked down his stairs. He hated to do an all-nighter again, but he had t figure out what the demons were doign in town.
Eli watched some morning cartoons with her siter afterward.
Alex cleaned up-he was all dirty from rolling in the mud the day before-then started thinking.
Anderin went to Ally's house. "Everything ok?" he asked when she opened the door.
"Yeah, why not?" she asked.
"Because..." and he started to explain what Alex had told him.
Eli got up to call Alex. Ring Ring. She hoped he was awake.
"Hello?" Alex answered as he went down his stairs.
"Hey, Alex," Eli said, smiling at the sound of his voice, "you doing anything today?"
Alex thought. "I dont think so." he said.
"Good. Because I thought we'd do something. You know, besides fighting the usual demon." she joked.
