Alex turned on his vampire speed, and got to his house in seconds. He hated demons. ((Bye))
"How'd it go?" Amanda asked, glad to not hear her sister sighing. "It was great!" she truthfully said, "we're going out again tomorrow."
Alex paced by his windows until late in the night.
Amanda went up to her room, "Well, goodnight Eli.""Goodnight, Manda." she said going into her own room.
Alex eventually fell asleep on his couch-which he had used to barr the door.
Alex tossed and turned in his sleep. A shadow creeped over the bedroom window of Eli, stared for a few seconds, then glided away.
Eli felt a change of temperature (cool air) and saw a shadow across her wall coming from the window. She ignored it and turned the other way.
The 'shadow' had a plan. It just needed to wait for the right time of action.Alex woke up early in the morning, a feeling of unease in the pit of his stomache.
Eli finally drifted off to sleep, eventhough the sun was starting to rise.
Alex walked to his 'hall closet'. Inside was various weapons that nobody but a select few would be able to figure out. He picked up a seemingly harmless 'pocket knife' and put it in his picket, before going up to his room to change his clothes.
Eli finally woke up and her sister Amanda was already downstairs. Eli sighed and went to the bathroom to clean up.
Alex changed into different jeans of a similar style, and threw on any shirt he picked up.
Eli changed her clothes then went downstairs for some breakfast.
Alex took a quick run around the park. He could sense the demon energies, and had to be on top if his game.
Eli had a weird feeling in the pit of her stomach, and that only meant one thing: Her werewolf senses were taking affect.
Alex went over to Eli's, and knocked on the door.
Eli opened the door and saw Alex, "What brings you here this early?" she asks, "I haven't even had breakfast."
"I...I think something's going on in this town. Don't ask me, what, I'm not sure, but something's not right, and I wanted to see that you were alright." he said.
"I'm fine!" Eli said laughing, "But I did have a strange feeling in the pit of my stomach this morning." she said, feeling queasy.
"You can sense it too." Alex whispered, almost to himself. "That's the demon energies. They are mostly unnoticeable to humans, but when they start to get rather high, vampires and apparently werewolves can feel them. Sometimes even humans can, but htey blame it on food poisoning." Alex told her.
"Then it must be getting close." Eli said looking around wildly, "Amanda get over here!" she said holding her protectively.
Alex shook his head. "What it means is that they are around. They dont attack during the day, and in this case I'm pretty sure it means that there's a lot of them, not nessissarily close."
"That still doesn't mean it's safe enough for us to even go outside...so how will you get back home?"
Alex rolled his eyes. "I have ways. Plus, during the day, is the absolute saftest. Plus, how do you expect me to get rid of them, if I dont go outside?" Alex said it as if it were completely obvious.
"Fine, lets see you do it." she said stepping back so he can have room to make a grand exit.
"What are you talking about? I cant do anything during the day! And I will not lock myself up in my house because of somethings that go bump in the night. Besides, being in a house hardly helps you." Alex said. Not to be mean, but Eli just wasnt getting it. This was serious, and he was serious.
"So, what are we-I-you supposed to do?"
Alex shrugged. "I don't know. I have to look around the layout of the city. I just wanted to see if you were ok first."
"I can see that. Later then." Alex said, waving, and starting to walk away.
"Later..." Eli said, aware that she must have done something wrong but not sure what.
Alex was off to make a deal with the devil. Or, more commonly known as-his brother.
Eli closed the door behind him and resumed eating her breakfast. "What was all that about?" Amanda asked.
"Oh, it's bad! Really bad."
Alex found his brother in the park. "I have a proposition for you." he said."Keep going." Anderin said, interested desptie himself.
"How bad?" Amanda said."Demons lurking the night bad."
"That is bad." Amanda agreed, "What will you do?"
"I don't know." Eli admitted.
Alex asked him for his help in taking out the demons. "Your just doing this for your girly friend, arent you?" Anderin asked, sneering. "There are always demons, but you have never been interested in getting rid of them before."
"The reason I do it is not important!" Alex said, getting frustrated, "I just need your help."
"Fine." Anderin agreed.
((how are they talking w/o Anderin trying to attack him?))"Okay, don't even think about the demons Manda. It's still daytime."
Amanda nodded her head.
((I'll explain it here))They started to talk about it, Anderin trying very hard to keep his thoughts in order.
((C, so he's having a hard time concentrating on anything other than killing Alex, but at the moment he's not.))
((ok, gotcha))Eli went back to eating in silence, Amanda by her side.
Alex and Anderin precedded to looked around the town, following maps and signs, trying to get a good look at the layout. Alex was hoping Anderin wouldnt snap soon.
"So, we meet at the corner of Caldwall, and Hallyberry?" Anderin asked."Right." Alex confermed, and they went their seperate ways.
Eli stopped eating and went to watch some television with Amanda.
Alex went back to his house.Anderin, surprisingly, went to Ally's house.
Eli got bored after watching t.v. for a while.
Anderin knocked on Ally's door.Ally opened it, "Hey, what're you doing here?"
Anderin shrugged, "Just wanted to say hi."
"Well, come on in." Ally said, stepping back.
