I know we are anxiously awaiting Season 3 of True Blood as well as Book 10 of the series so I, with two other friends, created a RPG game on livejournal. It's tons of fun as you can dive into our favourite characters lives!
The format of this role play is very open. Players can choose what timeline and topics they wish to explore. One post can explore Bill and Sookie's relationship in book 3, and the next post could be an alternate universe (AU) post-book 9 storyline with original characters. It's all game. Join in and play whatever you wish.
This is a role play of the books, not the television show, but fans of the show are definitely welcome. You do not need to have read all of the books to play. Just try to follow the book canon as best you can. Players may go AU from any point in the books, just clearly label those posts as AU. Posts may contain spoilers for any of the books.
