I like them both but Jace is way better! Simon annoyed me in the 1st and 2nd and the begging of the third. Jace was always there and always HOT!!!

I absolutely LOVE the Mortal Instruments series. Especially Jace!!!!!!!! I love Clare's witty dialogue and descriptions. Jace always seems to say something that makes me love him even more, even when he does things like hurt Clary (like when he kisses that one girl in City of Glass). He has his reasons, whether the other characters can see them at that point or not.
I know! i wish i could jump into books and flirt with the guys in it!

I love jace though he is just sooooooo awsome. I dont like simon at all he was soooooo boring, and yes I agree Alec was so sweet.
I've just started reading City of Bones, I'm a little behind the times :) am really enjoying it though haven't really made my mind up about all the characters I've come across yet.
mmmm i have a few friends that are only just reading it now. i got into it just after city of glass was released. im like hanging for City of Fallen Angels. and HOLY MOLY!! just went onto mortalinstruments.com and there is another two books. so theres gunna be 6 in the series so far. Oh My Gosh! wooooooooo

I love,love,loved Jace! I didn't like Simon that much I wanted to tell him to get on with his life and over Clary she's a bit annoying. I was a bit upset to learn though that her next book the CITY OF FALLEN ANGELS is about him and not Jace and Clary's relationship. It brought me down a bit...

She said originally it was all surrounding Simon, but that when she decided to make it into a full-out book, she made everyone have equal parts.
Me too. Simon is my least favorite character.

This series was really good. City of Glass was my favorite one. When I heard it was going to be made into a movie I was like "NO!". But now I'm excited. :) Hopefully it doesn't disappoint me like Twilight though.

OH! Who's read Clockwork Angel cause if you haven't read it read it it's awesome even though it's set in old times. She just made it that good!

I am reading the mortal instruments series now. I am on the second book City of Ashes, so far love it! I have not read the Clockwork Angel, not sure if I could get into as much as the others after reading an excerpt of it.
