Are you fighting an addiction to a certain hero, actor, or celebrity? Do you need a place to get out your obsessive rantings? Please feel free to start a thread.

It's totally okay to joke about being a stalker, but in real life, we know it's not cool to actually stalk celebrities. Right?

Please don't post fan fiction in which you are intimate with the real celebrity. If you want to make up a story that has your encounter with a fictional character played by a celebrity, that's fine. Post it in the original stories folder.

Maria | 135 comments Hi everyone,

Sorry, if I put my request in the wrong thread, I didnt know where to put my request.

When I was making my book list.I thought I made a note of the book I was interested in. I can't find it now. I can't remember the name of the book or the author but I vaguely remember the synopsis. Its very much like Lisa Kleypas style (the devil in winter maybe type) and thought it was by her but could not find it in her list. I wonder if you well read experts can help jog my 'sieve' like memory.

The plot goes something like this, I'm sure its set in maybe an historical setting, the hero maybe is a rake, he gets married to a young 15 year old girl but the marriage is not consummated which he is annoyed about. I think she runs away somewhere. The hero finds her 5 years later and is determined to get her back as his wife. I think she has to find him in order to get an annulment.

Does anyone have a clue what the name is. I am going mad trying to find it.

Many thanks

Hi Maria. I will create a thread for finding books.

I am not 100% sure on that book. I'll think on it.

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish There's also a group where they do this, too... find books. I'll see if I can find it.

Thanks, Dhestiny! That's a good idea to have a group for that.

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish Here it is:

Be sure and read the guidelines before posting a query about a book.

Courtney (mrs_hf) | 164 comments Okay...I am COMPLETELY obsessed with historical romance right now. I come from an original PNR love, moved onto highlander romance love and went to historical from there. And now...

I CAN'T STOP! I have hunted down every author which can write in the genre reasonably well and have DEVOURED so many books and I STILL can't get enough. I tried to read PNR the other night and was so underwhelmed I actually fell asleep...*sigh* I need help! ;)

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish I don't think you need help, Courtney, you sound perfectly sane and healthy and normal to me! LOL

Courtney, I know the feeling. I would try to read every historical romance I could. Now, I'm more selective because I know what kind of stories I like and what I don't. I was also like that about paranormal romance. I am trying to work on being more good about picking books that I feel are worth my time and won't annoy me by hitting my pet peeves (cheating heroes/heroines, sleazy characters, etc). So you are in good company here!
