I picked up Committed today! I'm slugging through Catch-22 & hopefully this will give me an incentive to hurry up and finish it. Anyone read Catch 22? I'm not feeling it at all :(

I'm so glad you "loooved" Hunger Games. I couldn't put it down, I finished it in like 2 days which is a bit crazy for me.

Have you started Committed yet? I hope to finish Catch 22 this weekend (ugh) and then onto Committed. Did you like Eat, Pray, Love?

I don't think so - but EPL was a GREAT book and would be fun to chat about. EPL had me laughing and crying with her. I could totally relate to her.

I loved it! I was amazed by someone of the facts she threw out there about marriage. Ex1: 1984ish?? New York passed a law that made it illegal for a husband to have sex with his wife if she was unwilling. Prior to that a womans body was considered to be her husbands & a husband could have sex with, beat, do whatever he pleased to her because she was his property & it was ALL legal...I mean 1984 wasn't that long ago...

This book seriously made me want to learn more about woman's rights.
