Hello, I'm Roberta, I was born in Germany, live in Greece, and my boyfriend's over in London! I've always loved books and films with a happy ending - I'm just not the type to torture myself with tragedies and tears. Besides reading, I also love writing, and I just published my first novel:
It's full of adventure and suspense, with exotic settings in Anatolia and a beautiful, though highly unlikely romance between a serious Professor of Archaeology and a young girl who takes part in motorbike races! So no time for tears, but lots of love and love-making in between the action...

Hi, my name is Monique. I'm from Slovenia. I study history of arts and comparative literature. My favorite genres are romance, fantasy, and historical fiction - and of course I love happy endings in all of them :)
Hi , My name is Sruthi . I am from India ( South Indian ) . I am 19 years old and medicine 1st yr student . I have always loved reading books , I started reading romance recently and I love HP . My favorite genres are romance , historical , Indian Mythology and I am looking forward to learn more about Greek mythology .
I enjoy light heart , fluffy and cuddly stories with lovely epilogues and HEA's .
Hi, I'm Claire and I just love happily ever after stories. I've written one myself it's called Haven and I'm writing it under the pen name of Isabella Jacobs. It's available on Kindle. The novel's about finding true love when the main character Alex is finding herself after a messy divorce : ) I hope to get lots of recommendations for some new books out there!
So I don't know if I ever introduced myself here so,...I love to join in to Bakers Dozen and sometimes will join a challenge here too. I'm a co-mod in another group and a member in many other mostly fantasy/romance groups.
I love paranormal romance PNR, and historical romance HR, but not so much contemporary because it doesn't usually offer enough of an escape. The exception is CR that has erotic elements or menage/m-m elements. My other favorite genre is urban fantasy UF, which doesn't necessarily have a romantic element but can.
I love All About Romance's top 100 list from the last decade, they seem to put one together every 3 or 4 years or so. We are due for a new one since the last was 2013.
AAR top 100 from 2013
I've taken most all the HR/PNR from those 6 years of lists 1998, 2000, 2004, 2007, 2010, 2013 and made a shelf, aar-100 and am trying to slowly read through them. I love my HEA too.
I know! It has been 4 years so I've been thinking soon, soon, for over a year! I wonder if they even started voting for a new one.
Hi, Amyiw!I haven't gone through the AAR top 100, but I'm working my way through the AFI's top 100 films. :)
I used to watch a lot of series and movies but lately very few, more movies than TV series. I just read a lot more. My AAR top 100 is a compilation of all the lists and then getting rid of the contemporary as I just try to avoid putting more contemporary on my MT. TBR. I already get enough of them through recommend threads. :-) So there are 180 books on my list made from their list and I've read 64... so I've made a dent.
