Very cool Ellen. We share a name. I'm an author as well but not yet published. I'd be interested in your publishing experience if you wouldn't mind chatting with me about it. My stories are contemporary romance and historical romance, which is also the majority of my reading along with non-fiction history and biography. So we have much in common. Add me as a friend if you like. Welcome to HEA cafe.
Hi all - Gina Salamon here. I'm so happy to have found your group and to be included. Also thrilled to see both readers and writers!
I am an avid reader of romance, particularly suspense, which is what I write as well, however, I also enjoy historical, contemporary and even futuristic romance.
I just released a stand-alone a few days ago Titled How To Train Your Angel Or Not... (Hope you'll check it out) I also have Book One of my Cold Case Series available which was released in March. The title is SLEEPLESS. Book Two of the series is planned for release this November. (fingers crossed)
I would love to hear who your favorite authors are but I suppose that's on another thread. LOL
I will keep my eye out and plan to join in the conversations whenever possible.
Thanks again for including me!
Hello everyone! I am Melanie Bennett a new author of Contemporary Romance. I live in Ontario, Canada. I am glad I found a group of romance lovers and yes, I feel a love story should have a HEA.
Hallo there! I'm Alex, and I write mostly m/m romance - but I read romance of all kinds, and love it! Looking forward to participating here!
Hello everyone, I'm new here and I'm open to make new friendships. As long as it keeps my attention, I love reading all kind of genres(romance and thriller mostly ). Currently I'm on Nothing lasts forever by Sidney Sheldon and then my plan is to read Bridget Jones's Diary.
Hello I am Songbyrd or SB or Byrd. I love romance books with a HEA. I am a picky reader though. I avoid all secret baby stories. I don't like second chance with. I will do contemporary, romantic suspense, erotic romance and I have done some shifter and some historical.
I personally am not a fan of lots of angst and relationship drama. I like sweet heroines and I like strong heroines but they have to be likable. I love insta love and I enjoy a good slow burn too.
Hope to find more reads and meet more people.
I'm so happy to join this group. I refuse to read a book that doesn't have an HEA. If I want sad, I'll read the news. Can't wait to keep up with what everyone is reading.
Whoa. I'm way behind in this thread. Welcome, Gina, Toffeeapple, Melanie, Alex, Tajana, Olwen, Songbyrd, & Kate. I totally agree with you, Kate.
Hello - I clicked to join. My name is Rhonda and I'm a reader, not a writer. I'm addicted to my Kindle Unlimited account and think the world would be a better place is more people read a good book every week and had a supply of xanax on hand for the occasional run in with grumpy people.
The title of your book tweaked my interest so I pulled it from Kindle Unlimited - it's now in my waiting to be read list. Thanks for the heads up.
Hi everybody! My name is Lynette and I'm a writer (contemporary romance/women's fiction) but also a reader. I'll read just about anything in front of me, although contemporary romance/women's fiction and mainstream fiction are my favorites. I live in Portland, OR with my husband, my toddler son and our two crazy border collies.
I've been on GR for a while but I"m just now learning some of the cooler aspects like groups and challenges. I'm always looking for new friends here!
I can't wait to participate in this group - I'm especially excited to give some challenges a try and find some good new books. Thanks for having me~

Hi! I'm new indie author S.T. Heller. My debut novel Enduring You, is the first book of a three-part contemporary romance series. It's a story about Keegan Henderson's journey of moving on from a failed marriage built on a foundation of secrets and lies. She meets Jack Grady who has his share of baggage from past relationships. As vulnerabilities are exposed, a series of unexpected events occurs, shattering lives along the way. Enduring You is now available on Amazon, Kindle Unlimited, Barnes & Noble, and signed copies on my website http://www.shellerauthor.com. I invite all to visit my website, Facebook and Goodreads pages to find out more about me and my books. Have a great day everyone!
Hi everyone! My name is Sarah and I've been reading stories with happy endings since I could read. Not those happy endings you dirty minds. ;) I love romance, in particular contemporary, historical, and suspense genres. Looking forward to the fun here!
Hello everyone,I am Victoria Cornwall and I write historical romances based in Cornwall, England. They always have HEA endings, although the journey getting there will have a fair few ups and downs.
I write about ordinary people finding true love, so my books do not have lots of dukes, duchesses and earls. My heroes and heroines are like you, they work, they try their best and they fall deeply in love, which can be glorious, but also heartbreakingly painful.
My debut novel, published by Choc Lit, will be released on all eBook platforms on the 3rd January. :)
Hi, I am Cindy and just joined today from North Carolina. I love to read. Read 113 books in the Goodreads 2016 Reading Challenge. I always have a book going. I like series and keep track of those on FictFact.com. I found this group today by accident & it looks like I will be able to find new authors based on the group recommendations.
Hi! I´m Sophie from Buenos Aires, Argentina; I love books specially those with happy endings so I think this is the perferc group for me.
