I love the name of this group! Hello- my name is Katie Jaros and I hail from Seattle, WA. I am new to Goodreads and just starting to get my feet wet here. I am really digging the strong sense of community and love that I'm starting to make some friends who love to read. My first novel "Lost Souls" was published last year. It's the first book in a trilogy so I've been loving working on that. I'm a full- time writer/full-time mom of 3 girls...and I love movies and gardening. Thanks for the welcome!

The last one I read was Royal by Winter Renshaw. It's quite a good, easy read.

Hi everyone! I am an avid Romance reader and also a writer. I love Amy Harmon and Colleen Hoover among many other authors. I enjoy books that are figurative as well as emotional and moving / engaging. My latest novel is a standalone HEA called Sensing Serafina. (http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=x_gr_w_bb...)I just released it this week and it is about a couple who, after enduring a motorcycle accident, are devastatingly broken. Cal loses his sight in the accident in addition to losing the love of his life. The first half is told from his perspective as it switches from the past and the present which gives the reader a glimpse of his loss of sight and also of the beginnings of a sweet and intense romance with Serafina. After a huge plot twist, the reader will be caught up in the whirlwind of the characters' lives and won't be able to put the book down until being satisfied fully in the end. :)
I hope you will read it, and I look forward to meeting all of you and sharing books with each other. I usually read a book every day or two, but because I have 9 kids, I sometimes lack the time to chill and read as much as I want to. haha

Hi all, I'm Brandi and after pretty much a two year long YA kick, I decided this year I'd like to expand my horizons. Plus I need a break from all the 'we need a 17 year old to save the world from ending' scenarios. Too stressful. ;) While I've read romance and chick lit in the past, I don't know much about what's out there these days, who the good authors are, etc so I'm having fun exploring. Nice to meet everyone and I'm looking forward to diving into the group!

Greetings and Salutations fellow romance lovers! I am a reader and aspiring author of romance novels. I am currently working on two contemporary romance novels and one historical romance novel. The first of which is due to be published November 10th of this year.I'm new to Goodreads and just finding my way around but have already enjoyed some of the lively discussions and pleasant company of a few nice ladies in your group. I hope to meet more of you in the days ahead.
