I don't have much else to say. I love avocados. I discovered them later in life, and I regret the years I ignored them. I wish I had an avocado tree growing in my living room right now.

They're delicious.

They can also be bad for you. Avocados are high in fat and calories, so moderation is key.

Avocados are only a "go" if you need something to kick start the gag reflex and need to vomit, say, if you ate some battery acid.

RandomAnthony | 14536 comments I could eat them one after another, throwing out the pit and forking the green stuff directly into my mouth.

Catalina | 268 comments I love avocados. I can't get enough of them. A little garlic salt and paprika sprinkled right on the half (it comes in its own bowl!).

Jackie "the Librarian" | 8991 comments There is very little that could not be improved with some avocado. I make ALTs these days, instead of BLTs. And guacamole is the food of the gods!

smetchie | 4034 comments I cannot live without mayo or bacon on my BLT but the addition of Avocado sounds divine! (I already go light on the mayo so I won't be saving calories, though.)

Man, I wish I had the fixens so I could have one of those RIGHT NOW!

Sarah | 13814 comments I thought I hated avocado until my first trip to Africa, where I was introduced to the simple pleasure of avocado with vinegar and salt on toast. I love it love it love it now.
