Hounds can teleport 0_0 that's a new one to me.

I like that idea. It would work well with what I plan to do with Zenjiro. Cause, in truth and reality, he has a much nastier goal than you'd think. But if we do it with Zenjiro, whitecoats would be included in the explosion unless they pledge allegiance to him like Iago...sort of...I'mma gonna shut up before all my plans are disturbed.

or maybe like a random person, and all mutations are switched, and are constantly switched, so they sometimes result in harming themselves
like, if someone could only heal themselves by breathing on the the place they're injured, and then their mutation suddenly changes to breathing fire out their mouth, then they'd burn themselves instead of healing themselves
