OMG! I feel the same way! Thats a good idea!!!
I feel the same way. I had stoped reading a while back I just couldnt find anybooks that actually got my attention but then when I first read Twilight i had to read them all!!! So now that I've finished with them I feel ... empty if thats the right word. I got so used to reading the books that after i read any other book I sometimes go back to the Twiligh series and read it all over again and everytime I do read it I get all excited even though I know whats going to happen. As for the movie I watch it all the time lol Cant wait to get my New Moon Dvd and cant wait for the next movie
Welcome Marcelle
and I know how you felt it was the same way for me

LOL! Wow...your not alone! I'm a huge Jane Austen fan, and there was a time when I watched the movie every NIGHT!

lol....its way okay! I'm sure I've misspelled plenty names here! Glad to hear your a Jane Austen fan! Have you read all the books too? My fav book is Prde and Prejudice, but my favorite movie adaptation from her books is Sense and Sensibility!Marcelle!!?? I just re-read your message..did you say your watching New Moon now? LOL! Please fill us in I wanna early release too!
LOL! March 20th cannot come soon enough!Manuel yes, I've read Persuasion but it was a few years ago! I remember liking it very much though. Its a little different from Janes usual stories because both the nero and neroine are a little older in that book, but thats all apart of the story!
Hi, guys!! I've been a member for a while now, but was so busy I had not introduced myself yet. Sorry 'bout that...Well, I'm just your "typical" (lol!) RABID Twilight fan!!!! I'M COMPLETELY OBSESSED WITH EDWARD AND THE ENTIRE SERIES!!!!!! YESSSSS!! I've read it twice, and thinking of going for the third time...
I have to say that I do wish Stephenie Meyer had written the birth scene in "Breaking Dawn" differently, though. It was much too gory for my taste. However.... I still LOVE the book!
Well, I'm inviting you guys to my profile page, where you'll find a link to my page on TWIFANS.
Glad to be here, fellow Twilight lovers!!!!! :)
Hey Maria! Glad to have you! You think you had it bad.....I sat down with a plate full of food while I was reading that birth scene....lol. I had no idea it was gonna be so gory, but I still liked it. It made evrything so real and intense!

I've heard some criticisms of this scene as too much like something out of "Rosemary's Baby"! Well, I haven't seen that movie, and believe me, I NEVER will. I don't like horror movies. This particular scene in BD was about as much as I can take. However, as I said, I still liked and enjoyed the book. Bella at last was able to find her place and unique talent in the world, and I was very, very happy for her! Also, I SO LOVE little Renesmee!! She is just so very adorable...
It's too bad that these books get criticized for being "cheesy". That goes to show what a cynical, jaded society we've become! Fortunately, they have hit a nerve with a LOT of us -- those of us who still believe in true, "forever" love and endless romance!!!! These may not be very common in today's world, but the fact that these books are as popular as they are mean that many people out there (most of them female, alas...) do yearn for this type of thing.
I'm not a teen, and am also beyond my twenties. Yet, these books are my TREASURES. I've already read all four of them twice, and am planning a third reading! I also have to get to "Midnight Sun". Can't believe I haven't done so already!
Anyhow...LONG LIVE THE TWILIGHT SAGA!!!!!!!
