As of right now, I'm actually finding this book quite fascinating.Although it's a bit difficult to read, the author explains everything fairly well. He does tend to stray a little away from the main points, but it's all woven into the chapters quite well.
Although I do tend to reread pages, it all makes sense in the end of the chapters what happened that went wrong.
I really enjoyed most of the chapters and tolerated a few. Interesting to explore the notion that even the best scientific studies can go horribly awry. If anyone liked the section on meteorology, I would recommend reading Erik Larsen's "Isaac's Storm," an account of the 1901 Galveston Hurricane when 6,000 people perished!
I really liked this book and gave it a good review. The author did a great job of making the science approachable.
