Edition query

I am not sure if I have done the right things here.
This book The Last of the Honky-Tonk Angels is the same as this book http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/68... they have different titles (the 2nd title being for the Australian market) it was listed originally and I have added the cover and description. I then combined the two editions - however I noticed then that they have different ISBN numbers. So they have exactly the same content - just different covers and titles - did I do the right thing in combining them or should I have left them as seperate books?
Incidently the Australian version was published first, so should I add that information to the Work Settings in Honky Tonk Angels?
