Author 2 different names - Amazon verified?

What to do with 2 books of the same title, but slightly different author names?
For example:

and

http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/35...

When I click on the 'combine' tool, they do not appear together.

You need to make the author names the same for the books to appear together.

I would go with Eric Berg as that is what he uses on his website ( do not add the Dr or DC as they are titles and qualifications)
