To Kill a Mockingbird
Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl
Roots
I enjoyed them all:)

I know that in my case I have re-read almost all of the books that were considered "required" reading in Jr and High School...and I have enjoyed most of them.
...and it is worthwhile to mention that the books I read before I knew they were part of a class - I thoroughly enjoyed.
Sometimes - especially with teens - it is the word "required" that does you in. I had an English Lit teacher that handed out a list of books for each assignment and we chose the one to read...it is amazing how much more I got out of a book that was my choice.
