Shelley (shanpat) | 4 comments One of the next books I'm going to read is definitely going to be a Nicholas Sparks one, but I don't know which one yet: Dear John or The Last Song. I was thinking about waiting to read Dear John until I saw the movie (since the book is almost always better than the movie, I wouldn't have anything to compare it to), but I can't make up my mind!

Help please! :)

I would choose Dear John because the movie will be coming out next month,The Last Song will be coming out in April. I hope that helps...

Have you read A Walk to Remember yet?
Thats my favorite out of all Nicholas Sparks books.
I have a group here on goodreads called A Walk to Remember under my name if you would like to join, unforunatley not that many want to join because its an older book, but to me their love went through so much and I like the fact that Nicholas interwends Faith throughout the book. Plus it reminds me of my parents in so many ways and in away I can now really relate to Jamie...my mom had alot of illness and my dad went through them with her, he never left or got mad, I'm in away like Jamie because my mom just recently passed away so I know how she feels about not having a mother and I'm also an only child. I'm kind of the outcast like Jamie in school too so I can totally relate.

Shelley (shanpat) | 4 comments I have read a Walk to Remember and thought it was a really good book, from what I can remember. I read it a very long time ago. I might re-read it soon though!
