She's always dressing in the latest styles, and a total flirt with anyone. But underneath, she shows her psychotic, crazy, and mad side, and that's the only personality you could imagine who could win the games
How they Won the Games: Came down to her, and the love of her life/best friend, she was tricked into accidentally killing her lover, and in a rage, killed the enemy who tricked her.

Personality: Kind, but made harder by the Games, doesn't believe the government can ever be overthrown.
How they Won the Games: Won the Games by hiding most of the time, then sneaking poisonious plants into the other tribute's foods at night. Only had to actually physhically kill two people, at the very end of the Games.
Other: Won the games two years ago, her tributes last year both died, so she's been very hard on herself
