Today we learn Animate to Inanimate Transfiguration.
it's a branch of Transfiguration in which an animal is Transfigured into an object. It is one of the simpler branches of Transfiguration and taught to First years and above at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

att....students, First year exam will be Transfiguring a mouse into a snuffbox. Please refer to "A beginner guide to transfiguration"..."Extra points for how pretty the snuffbox was, points off if it still has whiskers."
