That wasn't no Lhasa Apso, that was my mother-in-law! And yes, she was on the run for having been mistaken for an alien spreading acts of sedation at long-haired sit-ins.

My story-blog hasn't enjoyed a very regular viewship - except, apparantly from one or two people in Russia. I've had two postviews from Russia every day for the past week.

My guess is that they're learning English by reading blogs, and happen to find humorous fiction a more comfortable learning experience.

(laughs) Oh, Goodreads DEFINITELY comes in other languages. Once I logged into my account, and everything was in Italian. I had to use a translator app for two weeks before finally figuring out how to change the setting to English again.

You’re right! I went to my profile, and under “Settings” there are several languages you can set it to. I reset mine to French, but when I did a trial run, all the threads were still in English.
