AOM Challenge - Explanation

Every month, members in the group have been nominating and voting on authors that they would like featured in the group as an Author of the Month.

There is usually a biography about the author posted, and there are various threads posted about the author's books.

Now we will also have an AOM Challenge. We are challenging you to read a book or books from the featured author of the month, starting this February.

There will be a thread created asking what book or books you will be reading from the author, and then you can discuss that book in the same thread.

If you have any questions or comments, feel free to post them here or privately message Jess or Kelley Anne.

Maria, the author of the month and book of the month are two different things.

October BOM is Ill Wind and Grave Witch, to participate you can go up the BOM folder and there is a sign up thread and also there are threads for book discussions.

Ill Wind Discussion Thread

AOM for October is Lilith Saintcrow. The threads for the AOM challenge are not yet posted. But once they are, they will be in the AOM folder.

I did find the BOM thread. I've read at least one book by Lilith Saintcrow so maybe I'll try to find that too and see what it is all about.

Ive been looking but I don't see a thread where you can introduce your book or the author to suggest it be voted as botm or aotm. can anyhelp possibly provide links to this?

That's because on all the forums I'm on, you cannot suggest your own books especially for BOTM.

There is a promo thread for us authors if you look at the groups and scroll down. Look for self-promotion or giveaway threads! Read the rules in each group because they vary from group to group!
