My friend Kim is traveling from Vermont to visit me (here in Wisconsin) tomorrow, and I'm trying to figure out what to make for dinner. It's been pretty cold here, so I'm thinking some type of risotto. What do you think? What should I make for Kim for dinner tomorrow night?

Val, I think you should make your risotto recipe that you posted here, or your pasta puttanesca recipe that you also posted here. I think you said it was one of your favorites.(I was going to go with the easy joke and say that you should make Spaghetti O's, but I restrained myself.)

I agree, RA! No one ever comes to visit me. Not even my own parents. I've lived here for almost 16 years, and my brother hasn't visited once. Dick.Val, even if I left now, I don't think I'd make it in time for dinner tomorrow, but have an extra glass of Christmas Sparkle Punch for me!

OK, I decided I'm just going to get Kim an order of McDonald's fries and a hot fudge sundae. I love that she's so easy :)
