Right now, I have 3 books going - 3 non-fiction though. I don't know if I'm going to make it. One is audio though, so that is helping. One has to be finished for a class next week. I've been thinking all day that I need to sit down & read it.

I really like it, so I think I'll bring that one in, and take out another one.
Recently, I also decided to put one next to my computer so I won't frustrated if the computer pages are loading slow. That's also a light one or a re-read since I go back and forth.

maybe instead of having one in car you should have one in your bag that way you have it with you in the car and other times when waiting and thus it won't sit unread for long time as its on the move-what do you think?
i tend to have one in my bag and my 3 yr old knows this. There was a picture of a girl with a bag in a story book and she asked me what was in the bag and I said what do you think is in the bag?
She responded.
Money in a purse , a phone and a book!!
Little does she know that a book is not something all have in their bag!!

my bags are all small just big enough to have a paperback, phone and small purse
My daughter has a moments!!

I'm close to finishing one of my trade size and was out today with family was going to carry the book then decided that was what I had books on the ipod touch for. But I was lucky if I read 5 pages anyway.

Very deadly. I log onto the library from here and have them pull books for me all the time. It helps shorten my trips. Then I head to my book store circuit and look for others that I wasn't able to pick up.
Since I started GR I've bought 30-50 new books. Unfortunately that is just since August.

I usually only read one so I don't lose interest and my place. lol "
i have a book for at home and one to read while I am out and if I have to wait for appointments.

Nothing like replying two weeks later to a question, huh? Anyway, it's not that hard for me to keep track. If it's been a long time since I picked the book up I might reread the previous few pages or the whole chapter to remember where I'm at, but it's usually not necessary. I have one of those brains that remembers and retains random information. Not anything I really seem to want to remember, just random factoids that have me going: When did I hear that?
I'm definitely a mood reader, though and have to have something that matches my mood. Short books I tend to read through in one sitting but bigger books (like epic fantasy or massive historical fiction) usually end up being the ones I read parts of and come back to.

:)

So one classic ,one YA fantasy and one southern fiction.

I am only up to 18 books for this challenge. I was doing good in January but got sidetracked and started reading self help books and no fiction hardly. I am back into my fiction and hope to catch up.
