to help alleviate my shock and sadness i've started

Just finished

Just finished them both and they were both great. Doesnt seem like there is another book after this unless it follows someone else.

That doesnt surprise me. They did seem to be setting that up.

Hi Amiya,
Finished it very quickly. Really enjoy it and couldn't put it down.
Enjoy!

In audio, I loved

Turned out to be a great reading month for me. Decided to reread both Sookie Stackhouse and the Black Dagger Brotherhood before I could catchup on both series. I've enjoyed rereading both series immensely. Definitely helped to keep me from getting reading burn out.

Didn't love Luxe but I don't always like Historical Romance.

I really like this series, so I enjoyed Fire Bound though Earth Bound is still my favorite.

Haven't decided if I want to read the book or just stick with the TV show.

i haven't read any of the books, but i do enjoy the show. i usually like to read a series before i start the show, but i didn't have a chance to do it with The Magicians.

I love Sandman Slim. I've listen to the whole series on audio and think they've picked the perfect narrator. I keep meaning to do a reread before the new one comes out later this year.

I loved Crossfire series too!!!!
Thanks to your post, I've reserved

I have to say, I enjoy the TV series as much as, maybe more, than the book. It's a bit different, but it totally works. It can't hurt to read the book, though.

I feel the same way. I only read the first book before the series. I'm going to read the rest of the series before the next season starts up again.

My vicious Sleeping Beauty. This is our violent fairytale.
I read The Queen of Traitors (Laura Thalassa) two days ago; I didn't realize it was past 4am when I finished the book. I have to commend Thalassa for knowing how to keep the romance alive; many authors are able to write couples with the strongest chemistry in the first book, but fail to maintain it in the second. Here's a link to the full review (https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...), but I suggest you guys read the first book before reading this one! It's called The Queen of All that Dies.

I finished reading Darkness Awakened a few minutes ago. It somehow reminds me of the BDB series with less sex. It's fast-paced and action-packed, with a strong MC and an alpha male. Unfortunately, the MC and love interest lack character development and the world building pales in comparison to BDB's. www.goodreads.com/review/show/1639109450
There are 5 books so far and the next one is about a dragon and a were -- I'm looking forward to reading that one because I'm expecting the world building to improve. Besides, who can resist an alpha dragon shifter?
Add me up if we have the same interests*! <3
